Right on the Esplanade - fantastic views.
There was a dirty grill tray in the oven. We left a note for the cleaner
And lucky we took wine glasses as there was only two and not nice ones... but they were minor minor things that did not diminish the overall "feel" of the apartment, the location and the amenities.

Location is perfect. Beach access directly in front of apartments, Coles across the road, walking distance to restaurants and esplanade shops. Secure underground parking. Unit was spacious and clean, although the patio could have done with a vacuum and mop. Good facilities gym, pool, sauna and games room and bbq area.
Nothing we didn't like it met all our needs the only nitpicking thing would be the outdoor patio could have done with a vacuum and mop.

Very central to shops, beach and restaurants

The traffic noise was horrible. The apartment was great and position was fantastic but the cars racing up and down the boulevard kept us all up all night.Maybe they need to put in noise panel glass.
