The staff were very attentive for my dietary needs. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower nice and hot. Breakfast was good and I ordered Khichery room service which was lovely

Room size and view was very nice.
When checked in, staff was very helpful but when i was checking out i had 4 luggage bags and i was carrying them, no staff offered help.
When i entered staff ran to me offering help to carry bags but not when checking out

the staff needs to be trained some of the cleaners makes funs of the guests. the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. these needs to be focused on.
