Really lovely hotel with everything you needed.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The housekeeping staff were equally friendly, attentive to your requests, and spoke Russian. The hotel is close to the city center and the train station. Parking is easy around the hotel.
The room was very clean, and the bed was made every morning. The toilet bowl was clean, but I questioned why there was limescale in the bottom of the bowl in a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing, as around 9:00 AM, when I arrived for breakfast, there were only a few pieces of scrambled eggs and a few slices of bacon left. After pointing this out, someone came to collect the dish but didn't bring any more. Furthermore, many items weren't replenished, such as croissants, bread, ham, and other things. People arrived around 9:15 AM and couldn't find what was missing, despite checking the dishes several times. Therefore, I didn't get the breakfast I expected from a 4-star Mercure hotel in the Accor group, which I know well as a journalist. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant and attentive to my requests, including one person who spoke Russian. So I think that, especially regarding breakfast, all of this needs to be reviewed by management. I would like to point out that there was practically no staff present in the breakfast room.

Close to the main road. Moat furnishings were good
Parking was very tied. Breakfast is overpriced. Th room was not worth the money. AC was poor on a very warm day, most sockets didn’t work. No sink in toilet and the bathroom is open plan.
