Nature around the hotel is amazing, ten out of ten, but this review is about the hotel, not the surroundings

First of all, I want to say that you are required to clean the room yourself: wash the floors, make the beds, clean the bathroom, windows, and all surfaces. This is stated in the rules, otherwise you will not get your €150 deposit back, a deposit that is not mentioned anywhere in advance. And this is despite the fact that the room costs around €250 per night for two people. The room itself is old. The shower head does not stay in the holder and keeps falling on your head. The room was very poorly cleaned before my arrival - I found leftover sausage in the fridge, so I had to clean both before and after my stay. The dishes were dirty and had to be washed again. Heating cannot be controlled - it works on its own, and the air is extremely dry. Once again, the furniture and the room are quite old, and the plumbing looks like it is twenty years old. The sink was clogged, and I had to fix it myself. For checkout, you must book a specific time slot in advance, but no one will come anyway. You then have to go and find someone yourself to check the room cleaning and return the deposit. If they decide the cleaning is not good enough, they keep the deposit. Wi-Fi is weak. The TV has only three channels, and the signal is poor.
