Extremely nice owners, very forthcoming and helpful!! It's located on farm with animals - thus nice if you have small kids. Nice facility for ski storage. Nicely newly renovated with taste. Very clean and maintained. There is a ski bus located few steps from farm.
You need car to get to ski resorts and have lot's of stuff. Pity there is no local milk available :-))

Only one thing - sometimes was problem to connect WiFi.

Amazing location for families with small children - there is Bauernhof just next door as well as a playground for the kids. The hosts are amazingly nice, friendly and polite, and it was a great pleasure chatting to them. Additionally each morning we got a batch of fresh eggs and milk from the farm. We would gladly visit again!
There was no Willkommensschnaps :). (Otherwise everything was amazing!)
