The restaurant staff at zero customer service even with me telling them it was my husband’s birthday. Didn’t really seem to care..

Ruime bijzondere kamer, fijne ruime douch. Aardig personeel. Goed ontbijt met veel keuzes. Bed lag prima.
Kamer was niet verduisterend. Koffiefaciliteiten lekte en je kon er wat moeilijk bij. Geen koelkast.

We definitely loved the overall setting and how well the interior was done for the spa which of course is the highlight of this stay. The spa was overall beautiful visually but some pools and areas could have been cleaner - I don’t think we saw anyone cleaning during the day despite how busy the place was.
We got put in a building which was outside of the hotel. We booked because we were excited to be in the resort and now we had to walk across the car park in our dressing gowns to just get to the room. This doesn’t make sense? It should have been specified on the booking if you aren’t putting us in essentially what you advertise.
