    most of the guest are all love to help each other. the staff is also very helpful. the facilities are all top notch, toilets and showers are all clean. they are washing and drying room. its only do not provide ironing facility

    Stayed at its hostel at Lake Tekapo before going there. This one at Mount Cook was not as good as expected.
