Atendimento excepcional, o senhor que nos rececionou mostrou-se o tempo todo empenhado em nos fazer sentir bem. Limpeza e conservação do ambiente impecável. Acessibilidade para famílias com carrinhos de bebê ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, o empreendimento conta com raspas laterais, elevadores e barras de apoio. Cafés, restaurantes, transportes públicos e pequenas mercearias nos arredores.
A acomodação não tem ar condicionado ou roupeiro. O Prédio não tem isolamento acústico, por este motivo ouviu-se em perfeição todos os ruídos externos.

A limpeza, a localização, a simpatia dos funcionários
O cheiro dos corredores (mas não havia mau cheiro nos quartos, os quartos estavam impecáveis e cheirosos). Havia pouca circulação de ar e o quarto é muito quente, eles têm ventoinha para solucionar a situação, mas é uma ventoinha muito barulhenta e ouve se a ventoinha dos outros quartos que faz um barulho horrível e não deixa ninguém dormir.
