OK for short term stay

I liked quick response from the host. I really liked that owner arranged papers for free entrance to Kanegra holiday resort (however, we didn't try that out unfortunately). I liked plenty of parking spaces.

The furniture was really outdated (from former Yugoslavia era), dishes were dirty. I didn't like the cash payment as it lacks transparency. Check in and out times were 16:00 and 10:00, respectively. I'd expect 15:00 and 11:00.

Good parking possibilities and friendly hosts.

Unfortunately the apartment was not clean (dust, crumbs) and we had very bad smell (sewer) in the kitchen area and the bathroom. Mattress seems to be in extensive use since a while...

Nice people .Owner help us with some tips about the beach - that is very close ...3 minutes by car . It was clean , and you have in apart .all you need for a perfect stay . It was a perfect stay for us ..because we fiind the 2 days quiet that we looking after a long trip. Do not forget about parking ...that is very big :) and free ..

The apartment was okay, there were two bedrooms, a balcony, AC and all the devices were working. The owner was kind and open, gave some local recommendations. There is a big parking space if you need it.

The building has seen better times, it is pretty run down. Would be nice to have something better to look at - all the plants dried down, there is almost no greenery. The balconies face a big, gravel parking. Prepare cash to pay, because ATM is at the bottom of a steep hill.

Love this place

Lovely and clean apartment near Kanegra beach (one of the best and most beautiful in Umag) . The owner provided us free entrance for the beach. We loved being able to sit on the balcony for a morning coffee. I would chose to stay here again. :)

Poor

Hosts were nice enough and the heating worked. Parking is quite big. That unfortunately completes the list of things we liked, beside the pictures on the wall.

There was a lot of dust and crumbs on shelves, kitchen hood, etc. Our slippers were completely white when we left. This also begs a question how thoroughly other surfaces are cleaned, especially in these times. Mattresses are really hard. I like firm mattresses, but this was a bit much. Toilet kettle was wobbly, had to realign it to actually get water from it. Owner wasn't really surprised when I told him about this. Walls are paper thin, you can easily hear what's happening in the neighboring apartment. A/C fan was kinda broken - it worked, but was really really loud. No room to leave your things in the bathroom. General impression of neglect.

Duba es el dueño y fue quien nos ayudó a alojarnos, y a pesar de la hora de nuestra llegada, nos recibió con una gran sonrisa. El trato cercano y tan natural, hizo sentirnos muy cómodos y nos dio la sensación de conocerlo desde siempre. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, no falta ningún detalle. Nos encanta la zona de Istria y volvemos siempre que podamos, pero a partir de ahora sabemos donde alojarnos y sin duda será en apartamentos Lav.

No hay nada que no nos guste.

Rewelacja. Prawdziwy chorwacki apartament. Chłodne kafle na podłodze, drewniana roleta. Klasyk klasyków. Pokoje duże, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Do tego rewelacyjna obsługa. Oceniam pobyt 10/10. Pozdrawiam serdecznie Panią właściciel.

Огромная благодарность за гостеприимство и скорость размещения

Буквально заказали на одну ночь в режиме «пит-стоп» и были приятно!!! поражены гостеприимством во время заезда в 23.00. Нас встретили и провели в номер. Номер большой, чистый, с выходом в балкон! В номере есть все необходимое для проживания и приготовления еды! Кастрюли, Сковорода, тарелки! Предоставили дополнительную кровать для ребенка, есть кондиционеры, холодильник, микроволновая печь и даже кофеварка. Парковка прямо во дворе. В общем самые положительные эмоции. Выражаем благодарность от всей семьи!
