Overall, while the hotel offered an excellent location, welcoming staff, and convenient parking, the outdated facilities

The location was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and parking was extremely convenient, with ample space available directly behind the building.

The hotel felt quite outdated compared to modern standards. The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, and the blankets were too light to provide sufficient warmth. On the first night, the air conditioning was not functioning; however, once we informed the staff, they promptly fixed it, and it worked properly afterward. Overall, the stay was somewhat overpriced for the quality and comfort provided.

Breakfast is very poor, rooms are old, bed is very uncomfortable and u can hear everything what’s happening outside the room and sometimes it’s very noisy.

Location

Unfortunately, there are not enough bikes for the number of guests. Although there were almost 20 bikes outside, the keys are given to guests for their whole stay which meant that it was impossible to use one of them. Also, most hotels offer the bikes for free, Belonda charges 5 Euros per day.

Vivi e lascia vivere

L’accoglienza è la disponibilità della sig.na alla reception. Giusto consigli e mi ha prenotato il lido con le giuste indicazioni ed addirittura trovato anche il ristorante di sabato sera. Perfetto il resto.

Qualche pecca nella colazione al mattino. Non per colpa del personale, troppe vespe all’assalto del buffet esterno. Comunque il resto ok.

Obsługa bardzo nie miła, Pani w recepcji podczas naszego check in , odebrała dwa razy telefon rozmawiając przez dłuższy czas. Otrzymaliśmy pokój nie ten, który był rezerwowany. Po interwencji zamieniono pokoje. Pokój , mały, ciasny, meble zużyte. W lodówce dwie butelki z wodą ale lodówka nie włączona. Drzwi wejściowe nie szczelne, słychać dźwięki z korytarza, a łóżko przy samych drzwiach. Balkon to maleńki fragmencik odgrodzony od większego na którym mogą przebywać inni goście. Śniadania okropne, wszystko pakowane w torebki foliowe, mały wybór. Za jajecznicę kazano nam zapłacić 5€. Cena kompletnie nie adekwatna do jakości.

Pessima da ogni punto di vista, mai vista una struttura ricettiva peggiore.

Ho prenotato una stanza singola, pensando un Hotel a 4 stelle possa avere le sue comodità anche in camere di dimensioni ridotte. La stanzina che mi è stata data, la 103, appare più come una di quelle vecchie stanze dei monasteri di clausura, per potermi muovere nello spazio dovevo ruotare su me stesso. La doccia di dimensioni quasi inesistenti ed impossibile da usare perché con un getto d’acqua o debolissimo o del tutto assente. Quando ho fatto presente questa cosa al personale mi è stato detto “ bhe l’albergo è vecchio, possono succedere queste cose”… Ho chiesto di poter cambiare stanza e, dopo avermi proposto una stanza leggermente più grande, mi hanno chiesto la differenza di prezzo (notevole), al che ho preferito non stare al ricatto e, finito di organizzarmi, me ne sono andato. Il letto singolo di una scomodità unica. Meglio un campeggio con tenda sui sassi.
