Vila Belvedere

Spacious room and bathroom, balcony towards the sunset, close to the beach (although having to walk over a bridge), pool, great food, nice bar to sit in the evening, bar staff very friendly. Beach towels. Beautiful hotel. Warmly recommend it.

The area is very quiet, few choices of restaurants. (Could also be considered positive compared to the noisier areas closer to Durres). The beach is on the other side of a big road and not easily accessible unless you’re fit to walk in stairs.

What an absolute gem! Beautiful hotel, real cosy feel with all the plants and flowers. Such close proximity to the beach and beachfront. Lovely staff. Family feel to the whole place. Fresh breakfast. Pool was fab too! Perfect location for what we wanted. Perfect hotel for what we wanted. Family friendly. Relaxed vibes all around

Sunbed races, no way to tackle it but was the only negative at all

Perfect place to enjoy pool and the beach , Very welcoming staff allowed us to as well make a late check out because we were with little baby.

I had to pay for a fish which was served not fried well , I ordered another plate because I couldn’t eat that and I had to pay for both. Not very beautiful from the waiter.

Breakfast was very nice, pool facilities were also good

The shower was poorly designed, the floor ended up getting soaked and the bath mat ended up soaking wet to the point it was slippery on the floor. One morning we had our electric trip during the night and we notified staff, only to be told ‘do you need the electric right now, when stated that we wanted to shower and the lights don’t work (room is pitch black) we was told to open the window, but the window is in the bedroom so that didn’t help. Bath towels wasn’t changed for 3 days, nor was the room cleaned, the floors were dirty. The room had broken cupboard handles. I personally wouldn’t say it was a 4 star hotel. But majority of the staff was very accommodating
