The room was clean and we had a lovely view
Was on the other side of the main area of docklands. We were put in a room on the end which was an extremely noisy , thought it was alit more modern in the photos .

The staff at the reception desk was very pleasant and very helpful. Good to meet someone with a smile.
The sliding door in appt was quite stiff to open and handle loose.

My first time in Melbourne was very easy to find if you looked it up beforehand, reception was extremely nice when I checked in, she also recommended and suggested food places gave me a lil bit of information about the shops around the area and how to get to the city so that was very helpful
The only problem I had was the balcony door not opening

Room was cosy and clean and spacious enough
The photos provided on the booking app did not meet the room I was given. No balcony and the accommodation was not on the docklands but across the road, view was of a police station, very disappointed, I had booked this room based on the description on booking.com for my parents 55th wedding anniversary only for them to have a view of a police station and not actually booking on the docklands, advertising is very misleading
