Location was quiet, rural and pretty within vineyards/countryside.
breakfast was good and we could chose time for that.
hotel manager was friendly
the cats and dogs at the property was a nice touch.
lack of some room ammenities, fridge, bathroom ammenities.

Great Breakfast buffet.
Modern bathroom
Unfortunately, there is a terrible smell as soon as you enter the hotel. It is very bad and we almost just turned around and left. That the owners do not notice this is just unbelievable.
The whole of the downstairs area is compromised by this. Be careful if you drive up to the hotel entrance, I nearly lost my exhaust on an 'inground' gate latch.
