Really enjoyed our stay and planning to repeat next year

Spacious room (Boujee) with big bath tub that fills from the ceiling. Room was very comfortable.

Would go again in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

Parts are very low, big beam blocking the TV from the bed, slide across the floor in your socks, little trip hazards everywhere and I little step that even the member of staff that brought room service tripped over. Can stay at much better places for thei money, photos look nice but the reality is from it

Luxurious, clean and comfortable. Definitely book more than one night. It’s worth it

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Completely different from any generic hotel. It is one of a kind. The room was luxurious, clean and comfortable. The bath was amazing. And the service was next to none. All staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Me and my new husband had a wonderful stay and a delicious meal in the Thai restaurant. We didn’t want to leave. I wish we had booked a longer stay. We will most definitely stay again.

Property was lovely My problem,we wasn’t ment to check out till 11 and went for breakfast only to comeback with a cleaner in my room And she shouldn’t of been there! Not worth £345 for one night

It was a spacious room, it was clean but there was dust in some parts of the room

You should be noticed before arriving that you will be staying not in the main hotel, the view of the graves was not a pleasant site; having church bells to wake you up. The curtain in the room had only had one side up to get into the bathroom, luckily we had a multi tool with us to unplug the bath otherwise we would not of been able to un plug the bath. We could not turn the lights up as the it only had one setting when it was a twisting switch.

The room was absolutely amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the elegant design and attention to detail. Every element felt carefully thought out, from the beautifully dressed bed to the subtle lighting that created a warm, inviting atmosphere. The furnishings were stylish yet comfortable, and the overall ambience gave a real sense of luxury and calm.

Over priced and underwhelming.

Reception team were nice.

Very tired which perhaps is why building work was being carried out. Handprints on the ceiling mirrors left by the previous guests, oil on the floor by the bed that I slipped on ( could have been fatal ). All in all felt tacky not decadent. The bed was a standard double. We paid £431 which is extortionate for this kind of experience especially as no breakfast included. We paid and waited ages with barely anyone in there. Wouldn’t stay again.

Was very nice to look at staff friendly and the colours and thymes were great

Very expensive, the tap on the sink in the bathroom only had very hot water no cold water to brush your teeth and the tap was very loose like it was going to brake at any point. The room was not very clean and the pillows were stained.

As with all crazy bear rooms it was quirky. Been before although in a much bigger room.

When we arrived at nearly 6pm our room was not ready and we were sent back over the road to wait for another room to be sorted for us. Staff were wonderful and we did get a free drink and glass of champagne but a shame nonetheless. The wet room was a bit too small and the inside of the curtain across it was a bit grubby. Not somewhere you want to share with residue of any sort from other people.

Booked an extra (petals on the bed and around the room) it wasnt done but tried to charge me for it Dirty Used milk bottles by previous guests Used coffee and sugar sachets by previous guests Empty shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom Hair between bed covers Filth under bed Dust everywhere - even though we were made to wait ‘while the room was being cleaned’ Spoke to manager who wasnt helpful at all.

We were offered a toilet to change i to or cross the main high street in Swimwear Not informed of building works. These were not hoarded off and were an eyesore Shampoo was empty on arrival in room Lights failed upon departure meaning we couldnt shower in the morning. Staff were lovely and helpful, some great aspects to the hotel.

There was building work going on so it really did take the shine off the place since my last visit - lost its vibe! The rooms are so ridiculously dark, its hard to get ready!

The bed was comfy and the rooms were designed well

it could have been cleaner and there were certain things not up to my (maybe high) standards such as towel railings not being attached to the wall properly and being flimsy also tho shower was clogged so i was unable to use the shower and there was no bath to make up for this

Great value and a super location for Wembley - travelling from the North.

Excellent stay pre a concert at Wembley. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but they works were well managed, and rooms priced accordingly. Brilliant staff and an excellent stay. We will be back in the future.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel ! I stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was such a disappointment. First walking in the whole hotel is a building site, the rooms had such a bad smell and we couldn’t open any windows, the lights didn’t work properly, the bed was no clean the pillows where dirty. Waited 15 minutes to get into our room, was not waitered at the pool as we was waiting for 30 minutes so I had to go to the bar even though everyone else was being waitered. Around the swimming pool was the outside area for the bar where people was fully clothed so we didn’t get in the pool as we felt uncomfortable and as if everyone was watching us. Do not recommend.

The location was good. Staff were friendly.

My room was not very clean, the blinds didn't close fully so it was light all through the night and early morning, the shower dripped continuously and a tile at the front of the ensuite was so loose it flipped up when you trod on it, making it a hazard. The staff assured me the rooms were checked prior to allowing them to be occupied, but this was clearly not the case.
