Super comfy, great location, privacy curtains and bed outlets were great. Kitchen and lounge facilities were really nice.
No shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Towels would have been a nice touch also

Only negative is having to pay for parking but we easily found a park across the road

Great location close to the lake and downtown. Pool table, small fireplace and large shared kitchen. Also laundry services for $6/load. The queen room is a good size with a large comfy bed, small fridge and shelf space for storage. Also the bed is high enough the fit luggage underneath.
Not super clean in the shared spaces, guests are expected to clean up after themselves which is a big ask when most of the guests are in their 20s
