Margaret River Beach Houses

A very spacious apartment in a fantastic location. The accommodation is beautiful, spotless, and even better than the photos, they really don’t do it justice. The beach is within walking distance, and there’s a restaurant nearby, which makes everything so much easier. The hosts are very responsive and have thought of almost everything to make the stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This isn’t meant to take anything away from my stay, as I had a wonderful experience overall. However, a few small touches could elevate the stay even further. Providing face towels, a few extra bath towels, and basic toiletries such as body lotion and soap would be a lovely addition. These are little details that I always appreciate when staying in accommodation, and they would make an already great experience even better.

This property is in a fantastic location and had more than enough room for our group of 5 adults. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The nearby White Elephant cafe on the beach is great for breakfast with a view.

Nice layout and comfy beds - great jacuzzi

Great lawn but not mowed in at least the last 3 weeks - kids could not play outside. Small little touches were missing so everything felt a little on the cheap side. Shampoo in the showers watered down, no hand cream at the basins, one box of tissues for the whole house - why? It costs nothing in the bigger picture and does make a difference to visitors. Great coffee pod machine - but just not even 4 pods to feel welcome not to mention a 500ml or 1 litre milk in the fridge upon arrival for the 1st coffee just because there are no after hour shops nearby. There were some coffee sashes though but some pods and especially milk for sure would have been a nice welcoming touch. Great jacuzzi - a little step would be useful to get in and out though, especially for someone with mobility issues or the kids. There was a little mouse sharing our stay - saw it once inside the house and could hear it in the ceiling at night. Could not get the tv in the room to work - wi-fi really slow. All up I do not want to sound like a winger but when I needed to wash my hair and water came out of the bottle, I just started noticing all the little things that could have made our stay 5 star - especially for the price we paid. My aim with these comments is for sure not to diss this place because it is actually very nice and will be great if presented with a little tlc. We were also regularly reminded that there could be additional charges if we do not leave the house spotless.
