Great experience

Beautiful property, comfortable with everything already provided (towels, plates, tools). The view is amazing, very silent valley and well connected with a large road. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

The road to access the property can be frozen or full of snow in winter, you will need proper equipment in your car. The staff can be difficult to contact sometimes (if they are busy with their activities).

The view from the balcony on the mountains was absolutly beautiful. Great and quite place for perfect relaxing very close to the Tyrol's nature.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location, ruined by lack of privacy

Location was superb. Modern fully equipped apartment. Fantastic bed.

The stay would have been perfect if not for the caretaker/cleaner. When we arrived at about 5.30pm, the room was ready for us but missing a few items so the lady kindly brought us some plates. 20 minutes later she brings us a teatowel. 30 mins later some towels. OK great, we have everything now. An hour later the bell goes and she is here again, comes in, goes onto the balcony, tests that the light works, which it does and then leaves. My wife and I look at each other a little bemused. Two days later she rings at 9am and has a workman with her. They traipse into the apartment, look at the curtains. He pulls a string and fixes whatever imagined problem there was and they leave. By this time my wife had had enough and texted the owner to ask for some privacy. The lady only visited one more time during the week, but on that occasion rang the bell and then even tried the doorhandle before we opened the door. She offered us some toilet paper! What could have been a beautiful stay was somewhat ruined by this overzealous lady. She really wanted to help and please, but unfortunately didn't respect our privacy.

We loved the location and the care we received from staff. Our room was very comfortable but the sad thing that we liked the most was the shower. We would give that 20 out of 10. Also the breakfast was top rated by us. The views from the window made us want to stay a week.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and very warm. The managers very kind and helpful. I asked for the dieter and they didn't have it. The next day they made me find him for breakfast.

The room could be a little more spacious but overall it is satisfactory anyway.

A very good farm/village one night stay in a very scenic mountain valley.

Room was just right for a one night stay. I shower was excellent. Breakfast was a normal adequate continental meal.

The only problem was a noisy water downpipe between us and the next door room. It sounded like a waterfall occasionally at nighttime.

Delicious Breakfast in buffet, with self-produced yoghurt and marmelade. They also offer the possibility of buying some of the products. Friendly staff and grat views from our room.
