Early self-check-in is now mandatory in Hungary, but many people use online services for registration. This property uses a service that requires an app to be installed on a phone. My advice to the property owner: consider services with online registration; installing an app just for registration can be annoying.

What I liked more about the property was the location. It is close to all the sights and very accessible by foot. Also due to cold weather, the heat in the property was always on.

The communication with the staff was misleading but in the end we achieved to communicate

❌ Areas for Improvement • Check-In Policy: An additional fee was charged for early check-in, despite the website indicating that access should be available. • Facility Maintenance: The room exhibited several issues, including a leaking ceiling, a loose toilet bowl, and a malfunctioning shower sink. • Hygiene Concerns: Due to the shower leak, the kitchen sink had to be used for personal hygiene, which is not ideal. • Shower Curtain Design: The curtain clings to the body during use; replacing it with a glass or plastic enclosure would enhance comfort and cleanliness. • Check-Out Time: A 10:00 AM check-out felt unnecessarily early; extending it to 11:00 AM would be more accommodating.
