Pleasant guesthouse style accommodation located near to a lake with nice walks.

The hotel is in a quiet setting near a lake (there are nice walks around the lake, which can be reached directly from the property). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Sadly we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning. The rooms were basic but comfortable.

Decent for the money

Lovely surroundings, spacious room with a big bed, clean bathroom and friendly staff.

Paper-thin walls, the doors make lots of noise, barely functioning wifi, large uncomfortable pillows. Also, we would not recommend the restaurant. The dinner we had there was quite bad.

We had an extremely small room close to the kitchen. We had to close the window because of the cooking smell. There was no room to put a carry on suitcase to be opened.

Spezielle Unterkunft mit Schwächen bei Belegung mit drei Personen

Wir waren im rückwärtigem Gebäude im 1.OG untergebracht. In dem Appartement Nr 5 war es sehr ruhig ohne Straßengeräusch. Die Räume waren sauber, die Betten gut auch für größere Gäste geeignet. Durch die Dachschrägen geht allerdings etliche Wohnfläche für größere Gäste verloren. Das Frühstück im rustikalen Reetdachhaus ist wirklich gemütlich, reichhaltig und konnte gegen geringen Aufpreis upgegradet werden. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Man sollte beachten, dass das Restaurant sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten hat, sodass die gegenüber liegende Tankstelle die Notversorgung übernehmen muss, falls man nicht nochmal nach Ratzeburg fahren möchte.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlte in dem Appartement ein höherer Tisch oder kleiner Schreibtisch, was den Dachschrägen geschuldet ist. Schade auch, dass kein Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee vorhanden ist. Einen Kühlschrank gab es.

Rätt mysigt och ok för att övernatta. Hyggligt avslappnad atmosfär med en ägare som verkade rätt less på gäster. Var inte otrevlig men inte speciellt engagerad denna afton och frukost. Kanske hade han en taskig dag?

Schön gelegene einfache Unterkunft

Nicht weit weg vom Ratzeburger See und der Stadt Lübeck

Wegen der geringen Raumhöhe, muss man bei 1,86 cm Körpergröße aufpassen, dass man sich an den Fetten( Holzbalken) nicht den Kopf stößt

Sauber, gleichzeitig auch verbesserungwürdig

Grundsätzlich war es sehr schön, die Möbel im Zimmer waren recht neu und es war sauber. Das Essen im kleinen Restaurant war lecker, die Preise angemessen und die Kellnerin war herzlich nordisch. Draußen gab es einige Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, allerdings auch vieles schon kaputt (Fahrzeuge), was somit nicht genutzt werden konnte. Das Frühstück war ausreichend für einen Tag. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätte ich mir etwas anderes gewünscht.

Es waren wahnsinnig viele Spinnenweben und Spinnen überall, hier und da waren kaputte oder abgeranzte Stellen an Decken oder Wänden. Die Plissee's in den anderen Zimmern waren kaputt, die Fenster stellenweise sehr dreckig. Der Duschkopf verkalkt und die Duschtür war Reperaturbedürftigt. Bad an sich war sehr schön.

Fuer den Durchreisenden gut geeignet.

Es gibt einen Badeplatz in der Naehe und die Terrasse bietet schoene Sitzmoeglichkeiten. Auch innen ist es gemuetlich. Die relative Naehe zur Autobahn und eine Tankstelle gegenueber sind fuer den Reisenden sehr praktisch.

Mein Abendessen (Matjes auf dreierlei Art) war mit 19,50 Euro recht teuer. Das Fruehstueck koennte ebenfalls ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis haben.

Nicht noch einmal

Die urige Gaststube.

Das Zimmer. Es lag direkt unter der Treppe ins Obergeschoss. Jeder Schritt der anderen Gäste war zu hören. Auch die Wände waren sehr dünn. Vom Fernseher der Gäste nebenan war jedes Wort zu verstehen. Abends hatte ich einen freundlichen Service, aber der Frühstücksservice war regelrecht pampig, nachdem ich gewagt hatte, um einen neuen Teller zu bitten und hat mich bei der Schlüsselabgabe wortlos verabschiedet. Sehr unprofessionell!

Eigentlich sehr schön, mit leider zu vielen Sauberkeitsdefiziten.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön, 5 Minuten Gehweg bis zum wunderschönen See mit Bademöglichkeit. Die separate Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in einem Wohngebiet, sehr angenehm mit Terasse oder Balkon mit Abendsonne und Seeblick. Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut und ausreichend.

Die Sauberkeit hätte tatsächlich leider besser sein können. Als wir in die Ferienwohnung kamen war der Geschirrspüler voll mit teilweise sehr schmutzigem Geschirr. Auf dem Balkon stand ein voller Aschenbecher auf dem kleinen Balkontisch, der auch schmutzig war. Die Betten in einem Zimmer haben bei jeder Bewegung sehr laute Geräusche von sich gegeben. Das andere Bett hat eine extrem harte Matratze. Es war nicht ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden, die Klobürste wollte man kaum benutzen und das Rollo im Badezimmer ist defekt. Der Hausherr war bemüht.

Hund kein Problem . Super nette Menschen. Alles sehr angenehm und bequem und gemütlich, mit Stil. See fußläufig, mit Badestelle. Schöne Spazierwege. Schnell in Ratzeburg oder in Lübeck. Sehr gute Küche, frische Zutaten, Interessantes Geschmackserlebnis angelehnt an regionale Küche und Hausmannskost, gute und erschwingliche Preise bei sehr, sehr guter Qualität.
