Pool was excellent as was the room and the onsite restaurant.
Would recommend that when the restaurant is closed, which it was on the evening we arrived, that guests are advised in advance to allow for different dining arrangements to be made.

Nice property, great property for holidays with kids! The breakfast in the morning was very good- also the staff. also the restaurant next yo the hotel was amazing with a nice friendly atmosphere

Pool (24/7), Garden, Best breakfast - all home made by Elena (Grazie mille!), wonderful room, comfortable bed, 10 minutes by car to the city centre, great and very friendly staff

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good
Fair stay, but not quite 4-star quality
There are lots of little things that add up. The rooms feel quite dated more like something from the 90s than a modern hotel. The “spa” isn’t really a spa, just a small room with a jacuzzi that costs an unexpectedly high fee to use.
It was also disappointing to find that you have to pay extra for things that are usually included in a 4-star hotel, like a cappuccino outside breakfast hours. Even using an iron means going to a staff room to do it yourself, which feels odd.
Overall, it gives off more of a U.S. highway motel vibe than a proper 4-star experience. The most frustrating part is the constant sense that you’re being charged extra for everything. Given the price and the hotel’s claimed rating, it just doesn’t feel quite right.
That said, the staff were very nice and helpful, and they did their best to make our stay pleasant it’s just a shame the facilities don’t match their level of service.
