Great Location to Move On to Other Mexican Cities

Hotel is conveniently located across the street from main intercity bus station. Several good restaurants were close by and it wasn't that far from the historical downtown area. Breakfast was decent and plenty.

Very noisy, I couldn’t sleep all night

Looks like there was an event going on. the other guests were talking super loud, laughing and were very disrespectful. the hotel offered a continental breakfast that was so average. disgusting “juice” and eggs. I found a bug in the room. they gave me the room where I could hear all the traffic noise. never had an experience that awful before.

they forgot soap and shampoo in my room but it wasn’t a big problem. they solved it immediately.

La ubicación es muy buena. Tenía disponibilidad.

La higiene no es buena. Las almohadas y cojines huelen mal. Al llegar no tenía toallas, por lo que solicité a recepción que las enviarán y solo me dieron 1 toalla para una reservación para 2 personas. Ni toalla para manos. El wifi fallaba en todo momento, y como la señal de celular no estaba disponible en interiores el wifi era vital.

Funciona si tienes que pasar la noche, para resolver.

Está un poco venido a menos. Está sobre una avenida entonces si se siente el ruido de los coches. El baño es realmente muy pequeño e incómodo. El desayuno muy básico y para nada rico. Al ser una tarifa bastante económica, es parte de lo que uno se puede esperar. Sin embargo, he ido a muchos hospedajes del Oyo y esta fue el que en peor estado vi.

Las condiciones de algunos muebles, el baño de la habitación tenía un aroma muy fuerte e incómodo cada que se cerraba (desde el inicio tenía ese aroma), los medios de entretenimiento son limitados, no hay acceso a plataformas de streaming o funciones de Smart TV en la habitación

No funcionaba el Internet, no tienen elevador, el estacionamiento esta lejos de la recepción, la fachada que sale en la publicidad es mejor visualmente a la real, la recepcionista poco amable, el desayuno incluido es malo y no te lo incluyen a los menores lo cual es absurdo, en la habitación se escucha el ruido de los coches.

El ruido es insoportable. La base de la cama es de cemento, casi no hay agua y la poca agua que está helada el desayuno, ni que decirlo el ruido de las personas. La atención en lugar no regresaría jamás no lo recomiendo
