- the food is a average at most, taste and diversification - I supplemented 1 day to my stay after my initial booking and they said ai could not stay in the same room, so I booked another room for 1 day; when I arrived, they arranged to stay in the same room although by phone they said it is impossible. - the services are average, by all inclusive meaning all the cheap stuff for drinking, for example captain Fred as rum(the poor brother of captain Morgan I guess) - the personal around the tables does not understand english at all, not even napkin or fork - the accommodation is split in 3 buildings, I did not read anything about it on the description.

We like the location, natural and quiet, extremely unurbanized, close to Romania. White Coast is a paradise full of birds and virgin nature, with beautiful wild beaches nearby and the spectacular relief of white rocks that give the water a Mediterranean color. The proximity to the beach and the resort facilities attracted us.

We knew the resort since it was new. Unfortunately, it is not well maintained and has deteriorated. The room we received did not correspond to the description on booking. The room did not have a balcony, it had direct access to the public promenade. We could not sleep with the windows open, although it was hot and humid inside, because we did not feel safe. We asked for another room, with a balcony, that would comply with the description of the reserved room, but the staff told us that everything was booked. Hard to believe, being right at the beginning of the season. The restaurant was very messy and chaotic. The food ran out immediately, they did not replenish it on time. The tables were left with leftovers on them for a very long time before they were cleaned, you had nowhere to sit. The floor in the restaurant was dirty, water was leaking from the drink dispensers and you were slipping. There were leftovers of food not collected from the floor. Probably being the beginning of the season, they did not have enough staff to manage it. The reception staff seemed very unwelcoming to me. We really liked this place before but I don't know if we will come back...

It was clean everywhere. Although it was the last working day of the hotel, he worked for everything. For dinner and breakfast there was quite a variety of food. The staff was polite with slight exceptions from the person at the reception. All bars were open. The terrace had a super view of the sea, which was 20/30 meters away

Some things were not explained to us at insistence, such as that for the pool in the pool you need to take a towel from the room. Yes, this is not a big problem, but you go to the pool, you learn this and you need to go back to the room. The hotel is big and several buildings and we were not in the main one and you have to walk.

On the positive side, the hotel was never crowded. There was always plenty of space at both the restaurant and the pool, which made the experience much more relaxing. The rooms are also very spacious, which is a big advantage, especially for families.

Unfortunately, the negative aspects outweighed the positives. The food was by far the biggest disappointment. The selection was extremely limited, with very little variety, and there were even days when there wasn’t any chicken available for the children. The quality and choice of food were well below what we expected. The rooms were not clean, and housekeeping was poor. We found spiders all over the room, which was very unpleasant. The all-inclusive drinks were only available from self-service dispensers, with no proper bar service included. Most of the elevators were either out of order or frequently got stuck while we were inside, which was both frustrating and concerning from a safety perspective. Finally, the reception staff were not friendly or customer-oriented. They seemed uninterested in helping guests and did not provide the level of service you would expect from a hotel.
