Great central location

Location and general facilities, nice terrace access and view. Warm and functional apartment.

No possibility to clean, it can get quite dirty with two small children. We would also have liked a microwave /oven.

Apartment is perfect to stay few days, furniture bit outdated, but fine. Bathroom renewed and nice.

Beautiful and quiet

The apartment house is beautiful and only a short walk to the ski lift. The staff are friendly and the facility is all clean. The storage facility for ski equipment is also good quality with boot heating etc behind a lockable cage. The kitchen was fully equipped with kettle, drip coffee machine, cleaning brushes, cloths and all the pots, pans, plates etc that you would need. Access to the balcony is nice and the view is beautiful but it is a shared space so no loud music etc. Access to the slopes is decent. You get to choose to get a gondola to two opposite ski areas from the same place so exploring both sides is made more simple. The way back home is mostly by red piste which means any less experienced skiers can take the gondola back down.

The kitchen has two hobs but no oven/microwave so meals were slightly limited to what could be cooked in a pot/pan. There was only a minor difference between room types we booked for 2/3 people. I was expecting a little more space for the larger room as it was more expensive. Maybe those rooms could be equipped with small ovens? There was a bit of dust on the shelves above the bed where we stored our underlayers. The location itself is fairly quiet compared to other places in the resort. It's more suited to families and people looking for a quiet stay as access to the more popular bars and restaurants in the area is by car/bus ride.

Great location in Brixen im thale

Great location, can ski across the field to the rope tow, which takes you directly to the 2 gondolas, one can access the ski welt towards scheffau and Ellmau, the other towards Westendorf and Kitzbuhel. Accomodation happily added a small table top oven and toaster which helped with the cooking Heated boot room which locks with your door keys so skis and boots are nice dry & warm as well as secure

Locatie in het dorp is perfect. Aardige gastheer en gastvrouw. Studio is ruim genoeg voor 2 personen.

De verwarming in het complex slaat om 6:00 uur aan en dat gaf op onze kamer wat getik. Geen lift. Geen oven. Er had iets meer licht in de badkamer gemogen.

Wszystko czego było mi trzeba na tygodniowy wyjazd na narty

Wspaniałe miejsce - szczerze polecam! Cięzko było znaleźć wejście do obiektu, ale jak już się udało - ekstra! Zaczne od drzwi wejściowych, które otwieraja i zamykaja się automatycznie - do noszenia bagażu, nart - zbawienie. Pokoj na prawde czysty, łazienka schludna, dobrze wykończona, solidna armatura, pełne zadowolenie - wygląda jak nowo wykończona. Kuchnia niewielka, ale ma wszystko co potrzeba. Sporo szaf, schowków. Mogłoby być więcej gniazdek, ale przedłużacz rozwiązuje problem. Pod samym hotelem skibus, ale kolej jest może ze 100-150m od hotelu więc można iśc pieszo. Z jednej strony gór można zjechać ze stoku praktycznie pod sam hotel na nartach. Dostępna jest przechowywalnia sprzętu, każdy ma klucz. W środku 7 dniowego pobytu dostaliśmy drugi komplet ręczników. Lozka wygodne. Parking w okolicy bez problemu - staliśmy pod samym pokojem, a autem jezdzilismy codziennie - wygodniej nam było dojechac pod kolej niż czekac na skibus/isc pieszo. Parkingi na każdej stacji SkiWelt sa bezpłatne i bardzo duże - skibusy kolo 8:00 i 15:00 są przepełnione. W pokojach bardzo ciepło, grzejnik zabudowany ale dało się upchać jakoś ciuchy na przesuszenie. W srodę pod hotelem było apreski do ok. 19:00. W piwnicy możliwość skorzystania z pralki za opłatą. Pełne zadowolenie! Załączone zdjęcie ze SkiWelt z 1 połowy lutego 2026.

Mam niemal w 100% pozytywne wrażenia, poniżej sugestie drobnych usprawnień: W pokoju jest przelewowy ekspres do kawy i drip, fajnie gdyby filtry do kawy były na wyposażeniu Przydaloby się małe mydło w łazience Przechowalnia sprzętu mogłaby mieć zamek samozatrzaskowy - często spotykałem ją otwartą - dzieci, ale również dorośli zostawiali drzwi nie zamknięte Suszarki do butów nie zawsze działały - nie wiem czego to kwestia

De locatie was dicht bij skiliften. Alles was heel proper. Groot zonneterras met ligstoeltjes.

Ik zou het niet weten. Alles was boven verwachtingen.

Een heerlijk verblijf!

De studio geeft meer ruimte dan een hotelkamer. Eigen mini keuken en een tafel. Alles netjes en schoon. In centrum van het dorp. Prima ruimte voor skispullen. Ruime parkeer gelegenheid.

Het gebouw heeft geen lift. Maar als je kunt wintersporten, moet dat geen probleem zijn.

Apartament położony jest w centrum miasta, w pobliżu znajdują się restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepy i główna scena na której odbywają się koncerty. Service was vriendelijk, locatie dichtbij de gondels en supermarkten.

De hoofdkussens waren oncomfortabel. Het bed was oke.
