The property itself is beautiful, and the views of the beach from the pool area are absolutely stunning. It is the perfect place to spend a relaxing day, whether swimming or simply lounging while enjoying the scenery. The jetty is a wonderful feature and adds greatly to the overall experience. It offers breathtaking views and provides an excellent setting for lunch, dinner, or simply enjoying a refreshing drink. During low tide, it also allows guests to venture further into the ocean to explore the marine life and surrounding shoreline. They also offer a free shuttle to Kendwa which was a lovely add-on. Our room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. Their willingness to go the extra mile and their welcoming attitude made a lasting impression and were undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay.

As a guest, I expected the facilities and overall experience to reflect the standard of accommodation offered. Unfortunately, several aspects fell well below those expectations. The recreational facilities were particularly disappointing. The pool table was missing balls, the cues had no proper tips, and on several occasions the table itself appeared to be partially dismantled. Likewise, the table tennis equipment was in poor condition, the bats were worn and falling apart, and the table was so uneven that it was impossible to predict the bounce of the ball. Housekeeping also requires improvement. Rooms are serviced as late as 15:00, which significantly limits guests' ability to enjoy their accommodation during the day. In addition, the tea and coffee supplies in our room were not replenished consistently, suggesting that greater attention to detail is needed. The poolside beverage service was another area that detracted from the experience. While I fully appreciate the safety reasons for using plastic glasses around the pool, the glasses provided were heavily worn and visibly marked from prolonged use. Replacing them with good-quality plastic glassware would better compliment both the price of the drinks and the overall standard and presentation of the establishment. These issues are all addressable, and I offer this feedback in the hope that it contributes to improving the experience for future guests.

The breakfast was a little limited in choice, though excellently prepared and set out. The other meals were truly excellent. The location is superb, and quite exclusive, but was at this time in the season extremely limited for kids. Actually there were no kid activities at all, as the kiddies place was said to be under renovation, so the much they did was swim. The staff (all) were genuinely amiable and helpful. Consider including Just a little more latitude for children activities.

The warm welcome from the staff. The pool was under construction for two days of our stay but the hotel arranged with two other hotels to accommodate guests to swim, very appreciative of this. The location was stunningly breathtaking and has by far been my favourite hotel I’ve ever visited. The food was outstanding and varied daily.

Family friendly staff are good ask for maamoun

There is no access to the beach even if it's in front of the beach, but the location wasn't really good. If it's high tide you can be broke on the rock If it's low tide you need to walk maybe for 400 metres on the rocks so they should mention that in the description of the hotel. To swim, they have to take you to another hotel and you pay 10 dollars to get access to the beach that can be use it for drink or food and its only 2 time for pick up and 2 time drop off so for me if they mention that on the description i will not book there. evrythink was good but they have to work on this details.
