The rooms in the house were better than those to the side but all were acceptable. We stayed only one night but would have wanted to stay longer. A lot of hard work has gone into making the place relaxing for visitors with various quiet areas for people to enjoy the excellent views and quiet ambiance. We had an home cooked evening meal which was exceptional, value served by attentive staff. Breakfast was equally enjoyable.
This is a beautiful site but I think that anyone with mobility issues would struggle to enjoy it. All areas are only accessible by steps including going from the main house to the dining area and there are no hand rails, this is due to the raised site. Whilst I am sure the helpful nature of the staff is such that they would do their best to help I think it is worth noting that it is a site with lots of steps and ramps.

Beautiful property in a simply GORGEOUS landscape. Lovely friendly people, and 3 friendly pooches who led us on a very scenic hike 🥰 the hosts made us the most delicious homely food on the night we arrived (even though we were later than expected), and a great breakfast before we departed. Would definitely stay here again!
