Well appointed hotel with atmosphere of old Mexico.

The appointments of the room were very nice and well-maintained. Room was big. I use a wheelchair, so the elevator was necessary. Bathroom toiletries were good, the bedding high quality. I’ve stayed at Hotel Concierge Colima Plaza many times.

I have limited mobility and use a wheelchair. To get from the hotel to the plaza, I have to go through the restaurant and down their 90 degree steep ramp because direct ramp access to the lobby is now blocked by a vendor. With the elevator, wide hallways and doorways, room access is easy. The bathroom is another matter, because they all are a step up. A security bar would be helpful. The hotel did furnish a shower chair on request, but there was only one small security bar in the very slippery shower.

Needs to improve and stop using fragrance, at list inside the rooms.

They use to many and too much products with disgusting fragrance throughout the hotel and inside the room, fortunately it was possible to open the windows to reduce the horrendous smell.

No elevators, not working! As seniors we had a hard time with the stairs. First room given to us was no good, extremely small, and very smelly. They moved us to a nicer room.

On a saturday morning at 7:30 am the staff were very loud with voices and crashing of dishes or carts or something ... and then at 8:00 am the loud music began inside the hotel hallways. Not exactly a relaxing way to begin a saturday morning!

it’s an excellent colonial hotel that was quality in its day. Great location in city historic Center with lots of shopping nearby.

The photographer for the standard double room should get a gold award. Small describes it perfectly. My rooms drapes would not completely close, and lighting was terrible. No bedside lamp, only glaring ceiling and wall lights. I had a knee injury, so specifically booked this hotel because it had an elevator. SURPRISE (OUT OF SERVICE). Certainly would not rate higher than a 3 star property. An added note, restaurant service sucked bad.

Same great location, not so great vibe.

I choose to stay here for the location. Can't do any better for the Virgin of Guadalupe when the Cathedral/Basílica is only 20 steps away! LOVED the room with the balcony onto the square!

There's a different vibe now that it's Hotel Concierge and no longer Hotel Ceballos. No more included breakfast and you have to ask for help rather than it being offered. This was not what I experienced during my two previous stays when it was under different ownership. Also, I was taken aback by the notice that any tips had to go through the front office. Along that same line, during my 3 week stay in México, the only times my Visa credit and debit cards wouldn't work was at this hotel. I called the bank...there was not a decline on their part. Hmmmm.

Nice hotel - older & historic. Great central location. Rooms spacious - nice shower. Staff helpul & friendly - delivered extra water at no charge - nice! Very good secure parking with supervisor - very friendly as well - convenient! Highly recommended hotel. Balcony was nice. AC comforting. Reasonable price. Thank You - we'll be back. We absolutely loved the Colima central plaza.
