definitely falls short of usual Hilton experiences

comfortable clean room

location - in the middle of a building site very poor signage for the hotel and its car parking room poorly designed eg exit door to the room and door to bathroom cannot be open at the same time bedroom sofa - storage drawer fronts not fitted correctly and fall off

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

The personnel at the reception was extremely unfriendly (even rude) - we have seen two different teams but it’s true for both of them. An extra charge was also requested for parking (which wasn’t clearly announced in the booking), and the personnel couldn’t correctly calculate this extra fee, so made us pay even more during the check out. This incompetence left a really bad impression - especially taking into account the price already paid for the room.

Pleasant stay.

Overall everything was good. Except the gel duche and shampoo were empty, had to call to request and the person from the reception didn't understood as it brought shampoo and conditioner So I had to call 2x to request the gel duche. Besides that everything was good, room service and the ladies from reception good.

Winter warmer comfort

A comfortable and spacious room and super comfy bed and linen. The included breakfast had a good spread of hot and cold options. Just what's needed to kick start the day. The restaurant has got the basics and the important dimensions covered.

It's a bit of a walk from Centraal Station. Or you could chicken out and take a bus. The walk is pleasant and safe. It's like you're going through the suburbs and pass various university buildings along the way.

Our room was very noisy with slamming doors most of the night The place is in an industrial area and yet you are still asked to pay 17.5 to park your car Only compensation offered was a cup of coffee

Very good option!

Quite a nice option in Leiden. The room was very big and comfortable, there was plenty of parking space, and the area was very clean and quiet; just 20 minutes walking distance from the beautiful city center.

I think that a bit thorough cleaning, in particular in the bathroom, would be good! Other than that, I couldn't find something of commenting against.

Despite having a confirmed reservation, the staff at the reception informed me that the hotel was overbooked and they could not provide the room I had booked. Instead, they arranged accommodation at a much lower quality hotel, which did not match the value of what I had paid. The alternative place did not include breakfast, even though I had paid for a room with breakfast included. They even charged for water. I would like a full refund.

Great facilities

The room is very comfortable and we could easily fit with 3 people (two ados), there is a lot of choice for breakfast, easy access from a highway

The room to accommodate three people was not prepared (sofa bed made, additional towels, additional tea bag for example! ), but worst - the receptionist was very bothered when I asked for it, as if it was my problem not her. They billed me a cost of parking that I did not use. In sum, poor management and organization and unfriendly staff.

This is an okay hotel for work but not a destination I would select for leisure travel

Nice, modern and clean room. With very comfortable bed, large desk, mini fridge, large tv and a decent size bathroom. Nice art on the walls. The conference room had good AV-set up and comfortable chairs. The staff was great, polite and helpful.

Except for the breakfast which was okay, the lunch-buffet and dinner (I tried both buffet and a la carte) were disappointing, and there are not many alternatives in walking distance from the hotel. Also none of the buffet items were marked with what dish it was, which ingredients, or if it contained any allergens. I had a room facing the motorway thus there was quite a lot of noise with the window open. But with windows closed they muffle the sound quite efficiently.

Good position but needs a better organization and to solve loudness and vibration issues in the room

The hotel is well positioned if you drive by car. Quite far from the city center, thus it can be used as a business hotel.

The rooms are big and well furnished but very uncomfortably in terms of loudness and vibration. Few people at breakfast in the morning; no way to have help dring the evening for having (under payment) a cup of hot milk. Very unusual for being a four-star hotel.

I was expecting much more, quite delusional

I liked that the receptionist helped me finding a beauty case I forgot at the hotel (even tho I had to call 3 times and show up in person to be able to be considered by the staff)

I reported the sink and the shower that were clogged and broken respectively since the first day. I stayed for 2 weeks, and none came to repair it. I also asked for sugar free - vegan breakfast and choices were basically none.

room very nice and comfortable,the tv was lacking in channels also the sound was fixed and we struggled to hear it poor.

The resaurant was very bad ,there was only 2 staff on and there wre strugling to keep up with demand,Me and my ordered a starter and main meal,my wife got the starter and I got the main meal at the same time?.The french fries were awful and dry and the Fish was the same hardly edible.I ordered drinks and waited a long time and had to re-order again.I will never visit this hotel again.

The breakfast provided was satisfactory. The accessibility of the location was convenient, and the staff demonstrated helpfulness in addressing the challenges we encountered with our room.

Upon entering our initially assigned room, we observed that towels were still hanging in the bathroom, and an empty water bottle was present on the table. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned, so we requested a room change. The second room also had a teacup with tea residue in it. Consequently, I returned to the front desk, not to request another room change, but to obtain a replacement set of clean cups. Needless to say, I refrained from using the provided cups due to concerns about their cleanliness.

Good hotel with comfy beds and great towels

Very clean hotel I love the bath towels. Freshness brought my energy back. Room size, very comfy bed. Location.

Paying for parking No water dispensers, not provided water. When asked, they said to use tap water from bathroom. Television is still old model, no online facilities like netflix, disney or prime. As this is closer to motorway, very noisy Air conditioner/fan is not a good design, and we dont know it works or not, ended up with hot room then open windows and ended up with noisy room. note: Parking floor roof is very short, so please careful while opening the boot door upwards, it might hit the roof or pipes going thru the roofs.

room was right off the highway, construction was ongoing, sitting chair in room had rips in the leather material. in additionally, the hotel location was very bad. Not near to anything. You had to walk 30 mins or drive to get to anything outside of the hotel.

Receive a bike as compensation

Construction work in the hotel, drilling at 8:00. There were some questions on booking, but instead of trying to find a solution the reception did not help but started with the next customer. For me not understandable how communication was done. During the booking it was not clear that there would be construction work that could lead to inconvenience (noise).

I booked ONE large double bed but we got 2 single beds put together. Also, the tickets leaving the garage didnt work. It led to confusion. Would have been easy to tell us right away it does not work and how to get out.
