Clean with all the necessities for a short trip.

The location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the best beach in Protaras. The studio was very nice and well equipped. Georgia offered very prompt answers and service everytime we were messaging her, for which we are truly grateful. Very kind team working on the property.

It was fine for us, however, it is good to know that the safety box in the room doesn’t fit a laptop. However, with the kind team working there, we didn’t have any issue leaving it simply in the room and it was perfectly fine during the 2-week stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Georgia Hotel Apartments in Protaras. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough - good-sized room and bathroom. Having a small kitchen was also very convenient, with a coffee machine, sandwich maker, stove and the basic facilities you might need for a longer stay. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Protaras, with restaurants, shops and everything else close by. There is even a supermarket right downstairs, which is very convenient. The beach (Vryssi beach) is about a 5-minute walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment itself very comfortable and well located. If you are not particularly sensitive to nighttime noise, the location and facilities make it a very convenient base for exploring Protaras.

One thing worth mentioning for future guests is the noise level, especially if you are sensitive to noise or like to go to bed early. Some rooms, particularly those facing the Waves Cocktail Bar, are directly opposite a venue with live music and DJs during the season. The music can continue until around 1–2 a.m., and because the windows don't block much sound, you can hear not only the music but also people talking, singing and occasionally shouting outside. This may be something to consider when requesting a room.
