Good price but rooms could be better especially the bed

Quiet and well located for my work trip

The room didn’t have much space. I was struggling to move around the bed. There was no desk in my room. The 2 twin beds were so small and could not be placed it together to make it a small double bed. I fell between the beds as the mattresses kept moving. There was mould in the bathroom

A mixed bag!

Breakfast, size of the room, location.

Can't control room temperature, insufficient lighting in the room and the two beds in room 222 were cheap and nasty. The hotel and location etc are great. Why do you put such terrible beds in the room. Put some decent beds in 222.

Overpriced

Great Aperol Spritz on a nice terrace. Large room. Breakfast was good.

Beds way too soft - we had to remove the mattresses and sleep on the foam boxspring! Stairs (two flights) up to our room were very steep and narrow - impossible if you had large luggage. Paper cups in the bathroom and for coffee in the room - tacky. We thought it was very overpriced for what you get.

Poor

One small duvet in room and room was very cold not enough towels to take a shower that night and next morning I had to ho ask for some I was told bu giy on desk breakfast finish at 11 we had along journey from Ireland got there late so we went for breakfast at 10.30 to be approached by young lady and said no breakfast left it was finished I nearly had to.plead with her for something which was very embarrassing

Pleasant

The place was nice and looks good. There is a beach nearby and the location is not so bad. It is good value for the money you pay. Although I have some complaints about the staff and food, the stay itself was good.

Except for the lady at the reception when I checked in, in the evening, the rest of the staff was not so nice. The breakfast lady ignored us, although we were there 6 before 10, so a bit late, but still. The receptions at the check out was checking her phone more than helping people. The food for the room service, the seabass, was like the chef needed to use all the salt of the nearby sea :(. I understood it was the second day of Christmas, still this is no reason to serve this meal. The glass I ordered with the water was dirty with sand in it. And the dinner was not so cheap, 32 EUR for one person.

The room we had doesn't deserve 4 stars, mattress and curtains are in a bad state, breakfast was not ok, many missing things, no personal, no water no eggs etc, this is NOT a 4 star breakfast

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, UNFRIENDLY STAFF!

The hotel is in a perfect location, near the beach. Parking at the hotel, no problem, Ouddorp, a beautiful old town to visit nearby with lots of bars and shops. The restaurant has a modern cozy decoration and good food. Gin tonics are beautiful. The staff members in the restaurant were very friendly. The room was beautiful and lots of space. The terrace/bar/ restaurant outside with a view on the dunes, beautiful.

I have stayed in different Fletcher hotels. What they need is staff to control the rooms after cleanup. Tv not working, 3 soap dispensers not working. Coffee machine with used cups and leaking, broken. Reception staff, very efficient but absolutely no feeling for guests. Perhaps they need more encouragement for their job, Mr Fletcher,

Fabulous stay for cycle touring!

Helpful and friendly reception, good value and we got to soak in a tub after a long day of riding. We parked our bikes outside next to their army of e-bikes. Breakfast had bacon and scrambled eggs which felt like a luxury after all the european cold cuts and hard boiled eggs we’ve had at every other european hotel.

Superb

I chose this hotel as a convenient stop on a 3 week solo bike trip, so I did not use any of the nice amenities it has to offer. The room was small but comfortable and both dinner and breakfast were superb. The staff was pleasant and professional.

Close to the beach, overall atmosphere, great breakfast

First encounter with receptionist. Also in our room we could constantly hear the hotel (kitchen?) ventilation on the roof under our window.

More of a 3 star hotel than 4 stars

Food was ok. Sufficient parking. Balcony. Big bathroom.

Cleanliness of the room: would need a good dusting, reactivity of the staff (waited twice very long not to be served at the bar and in the restaurant), sagging mattresses. We also wanted to use the bikes one evening to go to the restaurant, and would need to have paid the full price for the day (25€ per bike per day). Handsanitizers all empty. The corridor was cluttered with piled up chairs and the cleaning ladies’ trollies (nothing ever moved during the 5 days of our stay).
