Great location for Westfield, easy access to bus and rail

Not sure if there is a sign to say no left turn out of property but we didn’t see one and turned down a one way road! Luckily there was very light traffic

Great location and lovely staff.

Large room with balcony, lovely manager, amazing location (5 min walk from Newmarket mall and surrounding shops and dining), free parking! Clean and comfortable bedding. Manager came around daily and asked if our room needed any servicing which was very kind. Felt well looked after.

Somewhat outdated, but not an issue for us by any means. No kitchenette but had all we needed (fridge, kettle, microwave). A little loud, you could hear other people walking around and I’m sure they could hear us but again this wasn’t an issue for us personally and didn’t affect our stay in anyway.

Mould on the curtains The power point that wasnt fixed to the wall The unclean bathroom/toilet The parking was a nightmare The impersonal ring to speak to someone at the 'front' desk The mini fridge was exceptionally loud despite being put in a wardrobe

Location, hassle free check in and out and getting to rooms. Balcony is great to get some air flow through the rooms, spacious spaces and comfy beds.

Got to stay the two nights. Second room pleasant but set up poor

First room given to us smelt like dog....put us off. Second room better, beds were comfortable...no place to wash dishes or cook, small fridge, set up bad.

The view

I received electric shocks from the bedside lamp as it had exposed wires. The bathroom had a foul smell that I couldn't rid. 1 of the doors leading to the balcony is broken

Good last-minute decision.

Spacious room. Comfy bed and generous with the pillows, soft and cushiony too, not flat 😆. Good location, short walk to Westfield, and not so far from Mt Eden. Cool breeze coming through the doors onto the deck. A little kitchenette with a stovetop, plates, cutlery, etc was nice to have and be able to cook compared to some places that don't have in-room cooking spaces.

If I were driving the parking would be a bit of a tight squeeze for big cars. Plug for the bath was missing when I felt like one in the evening given my back muscles were tight. Didn't query this as it was late at night.

Amazing staff, amazing mattress, amazing value! Perfect place to stay!

This place is awesome! The staff is so, so sweet: We arrived early from a long-haul flight and were super exhausted, they were so helpful and accommodating and made an early check-in possible! Can’t thank you guys enough for that, we really appreciated (and needed) the rest! With everything else they were always available too and made everything possible. We even extended another night because we felt so welcomed and the place was perfect for us. Room is very spacious, nice and bright, perfectly clean and the mattress is one if the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept on. It’s nice and quiet yet in a great location! Very good neighborhood, close to a mall where you can find everything you need. This hotel has a really really great value for money, highly recommended!!

The location was great which was close to the major motorways and short walks to shops,restaurants and cinemas in Newmarket. Room was exceptionally clean and spacious with nice furniture and super comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this motel and would definitely stay here again.

The balcony when open giving good air flow

Has been now resolved but broken/fault my spa bath Layout of lounge to much in one room. Fridge/kitch b cupboard should have ideally been on the other wall giving more space for items to be used. Just was slightly crowed with chosen lay out. But overall was good

Loved it thanks

It was better than I thought. We were in room 18 level 3. We ended up adding extra nights. It is not luxurious, but very very good and fresh. It feels nearly new inside thankfully.

Need a dish cloth, dishwash liquid and teatowel for the dishes. The tv is so tiny!! You cant hardly see it from the bed. The kitchen stuff needs a better set up. Put them where the tv is. Move the tv closer to the beds. And add hot chocolate

Comfortable and convenient to the places we wished to visit - including Auckland City Hospital

The young man who manned the office, made the beds and cleaned the room, and made and brought us breakfast was most impressive and helpful and friendly. I suggest the management should give him a rise in salary!

Friendly and roomy, a comfy stop to chill out at.

I love the rooms at Off Broadway, there is a lot of space (even with two beds) and we don't end up tripping over each other or too cramped up. The beds are comfy and warm. The heat pump was handy. The balconies are small but private and lovely to sit on. The bathroom is spacious too, not too tiny and pokey.

The extractor fan in the bathroom could do with being a bit more grunty, it was not very efficient at removing the steam and condensation and took a while to clear.

Great place to stay for an enjoyable weekend away

Great stay, easy to get to from the motor way, Close to Eden Park and excellent value for money for a family weekend away. Nothing to fancy but just what you need

Carparking was a bit tight if you have a big car.
