Cuffern Manor

Quiet rural location, friendly hosts. One pub brewery within walking distance which had a good atmosphere.

Mixed polyester and cotton bedding rather than 100% cotton.

Very good place enterance was very cool.

Toilets were outside the room but were private toilets only for us.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings, lovely people who own it went out of way to make us feel comfortable and we're really helpful, breakfast was lovely and we we would definitely book again 👍

Beautiful garden and outlook from our room which was of a decent size. The bed was comfortable and on the whole the room was clean but we did spot mould in the shower. No tea / coffee in the room but could access in nearby lounge.

Unfortunately we found our experience of Cuffern Manor to be disappointing for the money we spent on our stay. Julian and Jane are extremely controlling hosts and we felt watched during our stay with them. The breakfast was meagre - you will be served one piece of toast and (yes you could request more but this felt like it personally pained the host). There are various notes around the property requesting you to do and not do something. This felt childish and unprofessional. We also found Julian to be nosey and we were there to serve as their entertainment rather than be allowed to relax and enjoy the premises in peace. They say to let them know of any issues and we did - this was met with no apology but rather an excuse. Again, we found this unprofessional.
