Location - proximity to the city and being on the lake. The views from the room were lovely.

The lake view and the water pressure in shower was amazing
Spa pool was colder than the big pool. Need new blankets on bed they are old and yuck and the spare blanket was old and had cigarette holes in it! Says 3pm check in yet reception was permanently closed and had to ask a worker what to do and she escorted me to millennial next door. That should be included in the emails as it only says to go there after hours.

The location was great. And the heated pool was a real bonus. The shower pressure was amazing!
That we had to go to the Motel next door to get our key or talk about service. There was no-one to welcome you or help with questions. The rooms looked run down and sad. We stayed for 3 nights but did not get extra towels or toilet paper.
