Really comfortable and enjoyable experience in a spectacular location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great - there was no chance of going hungry! The spa facilities were really nice. The hotel's location was perfect - up the mountain away from busy Molveno, but within easy reach of the town and lake (via the Gondala) and walks/mountain bike routes. This meant that in the evening it was really quiet (which we found to be a plus).

Wonderful, romantic and warmly with high.level of luxury.

Everything was fabulous, and the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The location was perfect, very tranquil and relaxing. Food was perfect.

Chairs on the balcony would have been nice.

Exceptional

The hotel is beautiful and also the surrounding - the hotel is in a nature park and there is a walking path with amazing view of Molveno lake. There are 2 cable cars near the hotel and a adventure park for children. The room was clean and beautiful and the family who manage the hotel are really nice!!

It’s hard to find the hotel, especially at night, because it’s located in the middle of a wood - nature reserve. The shower was a little bit small.

Wonderful base in natural location

The hotel has been completely remodeled, so it actually looks new on the interior. All the finishes are very high quality, modern but very natural with wood and stone. Location is fantastic for hiking, biking, adventure activities, zipline course, playground for children. Dinner was very good and quite reasonable price.

Directions are important. The road is a little narrow and steep, but it's easy enough for all cars. Just need to be sure and turn onto Via Crosare to Via Cadin in Andalo.

Ospitalità al top Posizione eccezionale a due passi dalla cabinovia e dalle piste da slittino e da sci, oltre a sentieri per passeggiate e ciaspolate sulla neve Struttura pulita e ben ristrutturata, camera accogliente SPA intima in un ambiente rilassante Ottima cucina e abbondanza di cibo, sia a colazione che a cena!

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, avrei preferito una TV con schermo più grande e con la possibilità di fruire di app come Netflix, YouTube e Prime.

Le wellness est exceptionnel ! Le lit est très confortable ! L’emplacement est génial, proche des bulles mais perdu au milieu de rien mais c’est ce qu’on voulait ! Repas délicieux !

Bellissima vacanza tra natura e relax

Struttura molto bella, staff accogliente e attento, cibo ottimo. L’hotel si trova su un altopiano da cui si possono ammirare bellissimi panorami sul lago di Molveno e dove sono possibili varie attività (trekking, percorsi mountain bike, parco avventura). La struttura è dotata di una spa in cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata nella natura. La cena era squisita, piatti vari e porzioni abbondanti.

장소가 정말 좋았습니다. 새벽마다 붉게 물드는 산을 바라보며 일어날 수 있었고, 오후와 저녁에도 맑은 공기와 새소리를 들을 수 있었습니다. 호수로 내려가는 케이블카를 타고 가는 것도, 산 위로 더 올라가는 리프트를 타는 것도 너무나 좋았습니다. 6월의 날씨에는 에어콘이 필요 없습니다. 문을 열어놓으면 시원합니다. 오히려 새벽에는 서늘합니다. 저는 아침,저녁을 제공하는 선택을 했는데, 이 또한 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 저녁에는 이 지역의 특색있는 식사를 할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 벌레가 거의 없습니다. 실수로 창문을 열어놓고 나갔다와도 방이 깨끗합니다. 그리고, 여기까지 읽으신 분들을 위해 주인아저씨, 아주머니의 이야기를 드디어 해야 하겠네요. 너무나 친절합니다. 가족처럼 대해줍니다. 시설은 산장과 호텔급인데, 대하시는 모습은 민박집 같습니다. 완전한 칭찬입니다. 강아지도 있습니다. 그리고 손이 정말 빠릅니다. 이야기하시면 즉시 해결하도록 움직여주십니다. 미안할 정도입니다. 모자를 쓰지 않고 다녔더니 태양광에 정수리가 탔습니다. 따가와서 이야기드리니 즉시 얼음을 주시면서 괜찮은지 물어봐주십니다. 진심이 느껴집니다. 그리고 다른 지역을 다니고 여기를 다시 생각하니, 인종차별이 없습니다. 매번 각 호실의 식사 테이블 자리가 고정입니다. 동양인만 나무 밑이나 태양에 노출시키지 않습니다. 모두 같은 손님으로 대해주는 아주 당연한 것을 여기는 하고 계십니다. 어느 나라, 어느 인종에 무관하게 대해주시는 부분에서 다시한번 감동할 수 밖에 없습니다. 저희 부부의 결혼기념 행사를 여기에서 지내게 되어 너무나 행복하고, 크고 좋은 배려에 감사드립니다. 약속드릴 수 없겠지만, 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다. 오후에 진행하는 사우나 시설도 정말 좋았습니다. 감사합니다. 아까 이야기드렸지만, 이 호텔은 석식을 꼭 포함해보시기 바랍니다. 요리가 정말 수준급입니다.

아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다. 다만, 있다면 에어콘이 없다는 점? 하지만 같은 시간대 베로나에서 더위먹을만큼 날씨가 무더워도 여기의 날씨는 매우 신선합니다. 저녁에 할 일이 없다지만, 저녁식사 끝나고 정리하다보면 열시가 되고 금방 잠들면 됩니다. 3박을 하면서 도심으로 나갈 생각이 전혀 들지 않았습니다.
