Sandos Finisterra All Inclusive

Beautiful property & very pleasant happy staff. We never waited for anything. There was a nice variety of food options & we tried them all. The location was great & the view from our balcony was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee listening to the rolling thundering surf!

Our only complaint was the other guests blaring their personal music out by the pool in competition with the resort’s more pleasant music. The food was beautifully plated & displayed but the beef was generally over cooked & tough as well as the fish at the buffet. However, at the steakhouse they cooked our steak perfectly to order.

Great location and views of both the ocean and marina! We loved the pickle ball court and the gym was super nice. Friendly staff and good food with various options. Quick/easy to get taxis to and from.

We didn’t realize some restaurants were closed on certain nights which wasn’t a big deal it just would have been nice to know to plan accordingly. Upon arrival we were also given a hard time about which rooms we booked and for how many people and on what price we booked them for through booking.com. We were told the price would have been almost double when paying at check in but we got it sorted out after showing confirmation and going back and forth for a bit. Those were the only negatives!

Not much to dislike here at this resort

Food was great. Staff very very helpful. Lots of choice. We liked the varied restaurant options, from Tortuga on the beach to Don Diego's and Emiliano's at the top where you can walk and overlook the Marina from the Cup Cake Cafe.

Although there were three pools, during the day, there was no where quiet to relax due to the ongoing activities and varied music around the pool areas. The rooms have no sound insulation between floors. With tiled floors you can hear people walking and dropping things on the floor above - which was annoying when trying to sleep. Also, our room on the second floor had a balcony but due to the proximity to the next door hotel cooling/heating system, all we could hear 24hrs/day was the noise of fans / machinery working away - even at night with the door shut which was disappointing.
