Although the hotel isn't right in the town centre, it's easy to get around. My room had a comfortable bed and bathroom, with a variety of toiletries (shower cap, body lotion, etc.), and a good balcony which included a wall rack to dry clothes, a great idea all beach hotels should adopt. Breakfast was very good, and included a variety of fresh fruit juices, fresh summer fruit salad, scrambled eggs, and many types of pastries and breads. The coffee was excellent too. I had dinner there one evening, excellent though not cheap. The hotel pool is large enough to swim in, and was really good. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Very little not to like! The hotel is close to the sea in a straight line, but you have a walk a bit to get to the beach. The same goes for the old town. My room was on the small side, but a re-distribution of the furniture could make it more comfortable. As it was, it was hard to use my laptop on the small desk, as the TV was also on it, taking up most of the space (easily solved by putting the TV on the wall). There wasn't a fridge in my room.
