Central, fantastic breakfast, homemade cake.

Value for money. Both the hosts were really friendly. The location is extremely central , 1 min walk to the donkey statue. The rooms are clean and comfortable . Also, they also offered us exceptional cake free of charge. The service was exceptional and we loved our stay. Thank you

This was a very special stay for us.

It is a lovely historic property in the heart of Oia. There are great views from the property to a blue domed church and to the sea. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast on the terrace taking in the view. The rooms are charming old style with historic furniture. This was far more special than staying in a modern glitzy hotel or apartment. Best of all was meeting our hosts, a retired couple from the island who were both so friendly and kind.

Great location with warm hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at Marcos Rooms. It’s run by a lovely older couple who made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect! just a few steps from the heart of Oia, yet tucked away in a quiet corner so you can relax away from the crowds. The room was clean (contrary to what some reviews suggested) and had all the necessary amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

Amazing location and lovely hosts

Amazing location, very central and easy to get to everything. The hosts were lovely. We are on our honeymoon and got our room upgraded which we really appreciated! There were a couple of different seating areas with a sea view. Breakfast was also provided which was a great touch. The rooms are just like the photos, no surprises. Very happy and would recommend!

Beautiful place in the middle of central Oia❤️🇬🇷! Very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are big and tasteful in an older style. A beautiful greek couple helps you and cares for you. Very nice homade breakfast is served in the morning. The place is located just 5 minutes walk to the famous sunset point and 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. I had a perfect stay and a very good nights sleep. There is AC but I didn’t need it.

Nice pretty cheap place, but with a bad smell.

Nice roof terrace to watch the sunset. Beautiful vibe, everything is nice to look at. Good AC.

Not properly cleaned. Fingermarks on all silver in bathroom (not washed in a long time), garbage under the bed. Two of the planks holding the matress fell down in the night while sleeping in the bed, witch led to a bad night. The worst however, was that the room smelled so rotten in a way, from being so moist and damp. I was uncomfortable being in the room because of this, afraid that the smell would set in all my baggage.

Fantastic accommodation in Oia for the price!

Very affordable property with fantastic hosts. Yummy breakfast, great rooftop view, late night check in, able to store luggage. I would definitely recommend this to someone on a budget or who is looking for a quick accommodations in Oia.

It didn’t have A/C, but we left the windows open which helped a lot (late May) so it wasn’t an issue for us.

We can honestly say the only nice thing in the place is the rooftop terrace.

The place was dirty. The sheets were dirty. There were BED BUGS that left us with multiple bites. There was no hot water in the morning. Honestly please do not go there.

Great Place and Homely Stay

The hotel is in a great location, close to major attractions, clean and convenient. The landlord couple are warm and considerate, and treats guests like friends. The breakfast is rich and varied. In the afternoon, we returned to the hotel tired and thirsty, and the hostess immediately served us drinks and snacks. They made us feel at home.

Something money can't buy

Family run. Mother, Grandmother Photos, Victorian period furnishings. Excellent hospitality & privacy. Great location, surrounded by locals and historic architecture (Naval Captains Houses). Away from the Touristic hillside retreats (Peasants houses) that seems to be a hit with developers. Thank you x

Okay for one or two nights

Close to everything

Very hard to find amongst the cobbled lanes. Clean enough but best way to describe it would be a rustic Greek apartment. Don’t stay in room A1 as the early morning noise from other guests having breakfast right outside your window is annoying. No electronic card machine to pay.

amazing location

Marcos rooms were amazing, brilliant location and the hosts are lovely. Lovely view of the sunset from his seating area ! Coffee and cake are a nice touch in the morning.
