Yianni was amazing and welcoming to symi. He picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry and gave us a great symi guide on arrival. He told us his life story of being a sea captain all over the world. It’s so nice to support a hardworking and well deserving family. We will be back!!

My gosh, this property was absolutely perfect conveniently located just a few minutes from the bustling port, yet tucked away on a quiet street, offering the best of both worlds. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and my stay was exceptionally comfortable from start to finish. What made the experience even more special was the wonderful hospitality. We were welcomed with such warmth and kindness, truly made to feel like part of the family. The beautiful hearts of the family who run this hotel are what make it so memorable. I would happily return again and again because of the genuine care and love they show their guests. My heart is full, and I am so grateful for my stay at Grace Hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience. ❤️

Symi was lovely and the location of this hotel was fine. It consists of a hotel and separate studios.

Our major issue was that we simply didn't get the room we expected/booked - ie by the photo and list of facilities. We thought we were staying in the hotel with a balcony looking over a garden. Instead we found ourselves in a small studio room in a separate building with a shared terrace and no view. It was adequate but lacking a number of promised facilities.
