Booked a room with a hot tub room, however only received a room with a shower. No sauna on the premises as advertised either.

Lovely hotel. Very well decorated, full of tibetean pieces. Large but very cosy. we loved this hotel. Each corner is very nice. Staff 5 stars we was very happy to have chosen this hotel
