Spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. Beautiful Bajan property with great pool area and gardens. Friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. Short and easy stroll to Paynes Bay beach. Great location for exploring the whole island by car.

The exercise area and pool and barbecue area were great.

The kitchen could have been better supplied. Cutlery was a bit sparse for sure.

We invited, seven guests, at our expense for a 14 day stay. I would like to start with Rachelle as being a wonderful and attentive hostess with no issues as well as owner John whom greeted us many times with a beautiful smile and warmth. I have no issues there. The pool and outdoor eating area serviced our home cooked meals very nicely. The garden was lovely.

I do have issues with the "comfort" of villa #1 that we stayed in. Our friends in villa #3 had these same concerns. WE are from the US and our friends from the UK and France. The kitchen was not very well supplied; no pitcher, no storage containers and an ice tray not worth mentioning. A kitchen wash basin to clean dishes with would have been nice. I went to local dollar store to purchase several of these items. The beds I found were hard and uncomfortable as well as very old and "tired" pillows. My back hurt every morning. Might I suggest new and updated beds with memory foam as well as non-lumpy pillows. I also was not aware that we were to purchase our own; toilet paper, kitchen paper towel, salt and pepper, garbage container liners and other items I would have thought would come with a 13 night rental for 7 adults. I just had higher expectations of a more supplied vacation villa. One outdoor air conditioner had a loud piercing noise, outside our window that kept us awake. That was never fixed; reported but not ever fixed.
