Nice hotel but staff and customer service a total disaster!

Room was very spacious and very confortable but no lifts available.

Staff were not professional or well informed about COVID 19. We had proof of double vaccination, been in Europe and Germany safe zones for over a month and could prove it but because my address was a UK one had to go through a 45 mn interrogation after a 4h trip on the train before I could get into my room. Was threatened to have to quarantine!?!? . Staff WILL NOT book or help you to get a taxi back to the station 1.7km away. Breakfast slot system is a shamble. Basically, if you're allocated a 6:00 or 10:40 slot on the first day you will stay there for the entire stay. Would not go back there ever just because customer service and facilities really do not match the price you pay. Shame because the hotel, building and rooms are actually really nice...

Disappointing

The room smelt of sweat. We asked for a change of room but were refused. We received no apology for this, and the smell remained until the end of our stay. The fridge was dirty. The coffee was lukewarm and thin, and the breakfast did not seem fresh. The only available kettle disappeared for long periods of time, and we had to buy our own teabags.

Robbed by a member of staff

Nothing is good about this place. The building in the photos is not the hotel. The hotel is a battered building with paint peeling behind the one in the photos. BTW employees serving breakfast have their noses out of the masks. Don't eat there.

We were robbed by a member of staff. They double charged us a tourist tax of 40 euros. I paid this in cash on arrival and got no receipt. A fact I did not notice because I was very tired from driving 8 hours. At the check out they charged us again the 40 euros. I told them I had previously paid but since I had no receipt I could not prove it. If you stay at this place pay with a card and demand receipts for everything.

Ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel.Mal etwas anderes,aber wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir waren begeistert.

toller Aufenthalt, tolle Unterkunft, super gerne wieder

Wir waren das erste mal in diesem Hotel. Es hat wahnsinnig viel liebe zum Detail. Ankunft super einfach, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und alles vorhanden was man in einem Hotelzimmer erwartet. Die Regelung mit der "Frühstückskugel" ist eine witzige und funktionierende Idee. Das Frühstück war reichlich, es war alles bis zum Schluss vorhanden, das Personal beim Frühstück gut gelaunt und flink. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig. Es gibt abschließbare Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeiten. Direkt neben dem Hotel fährt der Rasende Roland lang. Fanden wir meeegaaaaaa.... Als einzige Anmerkung: ein Fliegengitter gegen Mücken an einem der Fenster wäre der absolute Kracher gewesen. Wir würden wieder Buchen, sofern die Preise nicht noch weiter steigen (wobei das wohl eher ausgeschlossen ist in Binz ;-) )

Freundliches Personal;altertümlich eingerichtetes Hotel;alles passte zusammen; man muss es aber mögen; alles ruhig, da keine Kinder im Hotel sind; Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt; Parkbuchten ordentlich angeordnet; Frühstückszeiten kann man auswählen und sich Zeit lassen;Frühstück ist ausreichend und vielseitig;schmackhaft; im Empfangsbereich steht ein Tisch mit Getränk- morgens frischer Kaffee und danach Wasser mit Geschmack und ein Snack dazu; Nachhaltigkeit im Zimmerservice ist sehr gut; an der Rezeption wird man sehr gut beraten;

Etwas eng auf der Toilette. An der Duschkabine nur ein Duschvorhang anstatt einer Tür.

Wir kommen wieder !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und offen begrüßt, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super und ausreichend. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und man hat überall die Möglichkeit zu sitzen. Der rasende Roland fährt am Hotel vorbei, was das ganze noch mehr besonders macht. Mit 10 min entspannten Laufen ist man in der Fußgängerzone von Binz.

Es gibt nichts negatives :-)
