Stayed one night and was lucky to have a freshly refurbished room. Quite at night, comfortable beds. They provided complimentary uber rides to the gold club, which is quite large and very nice. Food on the pricey side but it was nice and portions large.

It’s okay for an overnight stay. Bathroom need detailed attention (like growing moulds on tiles and sink). I got stiff neck - pillows are too soft, if you’re not used to soft pillows.

When I walked into the room,on the bed was two very flat pillows on a king bed. Had to go and ask for more. Next the air conditioning unit control was not easy to work as you could not see the words for heat, air or cool ,so to waste time and energy had to call someone to look at it. I also mentioned that the air conditioning needed a clean ,as when looking at it when lying down. You can see the unit hasn't been cleaned at all. When it comes to making a hot drink or getting a plate or glasses. You are expected to reach up and hopefully be able to get what you need. Otherwise one has to stand on a chair. The microwave was at a decent height but if your short or ,elderly or not that well, you can't open without straining. I had We put the microwave on the bench to easily use it but the cabinet it was sitting on was not cleaned at all. My husband and I have stayed many times prior coved. This motel had very high standards and very clean. The standards now are low and we will not be staying here again unless there is more effort out into cleanliness of rooms and guests do not have to reach so high to get a cup,glass or plate. As a guests who has health issues, I ask the management to consider the implications they are putting some of guests in when everything is so difficult to get and how they feel that people have to stand on the chair to get a cup. How many times and how much dirt the guests sit on not aware others had to stand on that chair.
