It was great

The room and cleanliness overpass the expectation. The breakfast was fine, it can have more things but for one day it was more than enough. I don't know if they own also the restaurant but the food was great there. And one small sugestion (we arrived late and the supermarket was close) : put a small glass of water in the room, 0.5l is ok.

Good

Breakfast was more than enough, good quality food, not much savory options but meat and cheese was really good and enough. Also the olive oil served at the tables is excellent. Sweet bakery options for breakfast are rich and good. The owner gave as much as bottled water as we wanted for free.

Once ate a beef steak for lunch but it was way overcooked. not sure if it's a standart in european 3 star hotels but we were not given single use slippers and shaving razor. The beds in room were really narrow(80-90cm), and were too close to each other. The bar and the cafe closes at 10pm.

A hidden gem in Ala

The hotel is sparkling clean. The owners have paid a lot of attention in decorating the rooms with nice lights for great ambiance and a pleasant stay. The room had a lot of interesting things like Bluetooth speakers, power windows, etc. The rooms are bigger than average and the bathroom is very spacious. Everything from hot water shower to bed linen were perfect. The hotel is just 5 mins walk from Ala train station. We travelled there by train and we had no problems to reach this place. The owners are very kind and fantastic people. The restaurant attached to the hotel has one of the best Indian food (we mean it) to offer along with Italian dishes. Check in, check out, and communication was super easy. We definitely recommend this hotel to stay and taste the mouthwatering food in a beautiful place called Ala.

The second floor has been completely renovated. It al looked brand new and was super clean. the staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant is delicious.

The breakfast has a lot of sweet things such as cakes and pies. I would've liked some more healthy stuff. Nevertheless, I had a good breakfast.

A pleasant surprise: recently renovated, this hotel has quite comfortable and large rooms. conveniently located next to the motorway, it could be a place to stop to during a long journey or even a base for visiting the local area and for day trips to the Garda lake.

modern room (of-season in renovated part of building). great bed and comfort. quiet. great technology (e.g. rain shower, air condition system, automatic blinds). one of the best rooms we had during our roundtrip. for of season fair value for money

no one at reception when arriving - had to call mobile for someone to appear. breakfast stuff in one instance not sufficient (bread went empty, nobody refilled).

Soggiorno ad Ala.

Mai mi sarei immaginato che un hotel in un paesino sperduto in provincia di Trento fosse dotato di modernità e comodità degne di un quattro stelle da città. La camera calda ed accogliente, il bagno enorme e pulitissimo. L'arredamento davvero all'avanguardia. Sotto, comodissimo pure il ristorante per poter cenare senza necessità di prendere l'auto di sera, guidare chissà dove. E' stata una bella sorpresa.

A mio avviso avrei migliorato la colazione. Parere comunque personale.

Wir kommen wieder.

Die außergewöhnliche moderne Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels. Die Bedienung der Technik im Zimmer -Lampen, Rolläden- ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine Einweisung, bzw. Bedienungsanleitung wäre besondes für ältere Personen wünschenswert. Hervorragendes Frühstück.

Ich würde das Hotel eher vermeiden.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber

Die Dame an der Rezeption war mürrisch und hat sich nicht bemüht sich verständlich zu machen. Wir bekamen ein Doppelbett, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten gebucht hatten. Der Frühstücksraum war eher schmutzig. Die Kissen im Zimmer waren wie Lappen, ganz ohne Volumen.

La camera! Ampia, funzionale, ben organizzata. Una vera sorpresa l’angolo salotto e il bagno.

Il frigobar sfornito. Un problema minore vista la presenza di un ottimo bar con un personale gentile e sempre disponibile.
