We will definitely consider coming back.

The hotel exudes a warm and cosy feeling and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We very much enjoyed the renovated spa. The hotel location is perfect, just 200m away from the ski lifts. In addition, a free little shuttle is available anytime if you wish to avoid carrying your skis up to the start of the lifts.

Although the breakfast offering was wide and diverse, we would have appreciated to get some fresh wholewheat breads and freshly cut fruit salad.

Beautiful comfortable hotel

Quiet rooms, very good food, nice facilities. Excellent staff. New work out room with quality equipment. Beautiful spa. We would return without hesitation.

Dining area can be very loud since it’s next to the kids playroom which was very loud and there were barking dogs on occasion as dogs are also welcome in the dining area.

Lovely family hotel with ski lift close by

Very clean room, recently restructured (the superior double). Lovely wellness area, really a plus! Easy going staff, very available to walk with us to the room, show parking, make reservations for the spa/welnnes and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Excellent dinner and wine!

We would come back again. Please note pets / dogs are walking around. And it’s a family hotel, so at midnight we heard kids running through the hallway. But that is more on the guests, not on the hotel :)

A lovely place with great service, highly recommend for a weekend holiday

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location (high up in the mountains of Vall d'Aosta) is fantastic and we even had a lovely mountain view directly from the balcony of our room. The quaint, chalet-style hotel building is very charming yet does not compromise the quality of the facilities; the bathroom, shower, lights etc. in our room were very modern and worked perfectly. The breakfast had everything (not only a lot of pastries but also eggs, bacon, cheese, etc.) and the waiters/waitresses were attentive and quick. They had a number of gluten-free options for my partner, which we greatly appreciated, and the staff even treated us to multiple types of grappa after dinner! I absolutely recommend this place for a weekend holiday.

My only complaint about the experience is that the beds were not the most comfortable (basic spring mattresses with no padding). Having said that, I'm a picky sleeper and this may not be an issue for many people.

Superb

The room and the bathroom were really clean, renovated and comfy. We had plenty of space as well for our dog and the nice balcony was a pleasant plus. Liam and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Liam helped us as well to plan some of our hikes and fixed an outdoor enclosed car park since our car was a bit too high with the skibox to fit in the garage. The common areas were in the aostan style but fully renovated and with a modern touch. We were very pleased with our stay and we loved Torgnon which is a nice little mountain town with quite many hiking possibilities.

Fantastic staying, will come back and stay longer

The place was perfect for skiing and enjoying the snow with children. Plenty of facilities for kids and adults.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con prima colazione e la sera cenato con menu alla carta presso il loro ristorante devo dire che siamo pienamente soddisfatti tutto molto buono Ps anche la spa al prezzo di 20€ ci sta

Il servizio non dell’hotel, ma quello di Booking. Com perché ha scritto che l’hotel distava da Aosta 50 m , mentre in realtà erano 50 km. La tassa di soggiorno era già stata pagata a Booking.com , ma l’hotel ci ha detto che bisognava pagarla all’hotel direttamente.
