Not exactly what I’ve expected. Pictures do not give the real picture.

Our apartment had access to the garden - but it was not fenced which is a problem for us.

Unfortunately many things; the apartment is designed for 6 people and it has 4 plates of one type in the kitchen. The key wasn’t available for two days and instead you have a code for the door which is simple and most likely know.n to everyone. The staff couldn’t find the key for the first two days and they were trying to comfort me saying “the criminality rate here is very low”….finally they found a key as I was making pressure. Point for them for that. Two of three bedrooms have no windows ( in the warm night is a nightmare). Living room sofa is completely useless. It’s placed 1 m from the wall with TV and no option to move it, so seating there is not really something you like.

The property position is at the end of the village with a very nice view.

Small rooms, two rooms without windows. The entrance to rooms was for two sliding doors (right side and left side) train system, with no space around the bed.

Exceptional

We stayed in several different places while in Europe. This was by far our favorite accommodations. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Everything is clean. Beds are comfortable. Some of our group were a little cold, yet others said they were most comfortable here (a matter of opinion:)). The location is fantastic. The charming town adds a great mood to a charming stay. Thank you, Kesselgrubs!

Spacious place.

There is a frequent problems with Electricity. The keys are picked up from different location. Also, the help desk close around 7 pm, so if you encounter any issue you have to wait to next day.

We really enjoyed this apartment and also, it was really clean and comfortable. There was a great kitchen, cozy rooms and good localization. We suggest you to make some shopping in the center, because near neighbourhood there is no supermarket.

We has our reservation until 10.30 a.m. (last day), but charwoman came at 9.00 a.m. and she definetely told us (in german, because she did not speak english...) that she has to clean our room and we have to move out. 1.5 h before our leaving time. It was really unpleasant and really not nice.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältniss!

Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut geschnitten,wir haben den großen Balkon sehr genossen. Es ist viel Stauraum in der Küche vorhanden, in manchen Zimmern etwas weniger, für uns aber völlig ausreichend. Sehr sauber. Wir durften auch schon früher in die Unterkunft,dass die Wohnung noch nicht ganz fertig war,war weder für uns , noch für das Personal ein Problem.

Im Untergeschoss haben einige Arbeiter gewohnt und die untere Wohnung konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden… Da wir gern kochen, wären ein paar mehr Töpfe und Küchenutensilien (scharfe Messer,Quirl,Schäler zB.) hilfreich gewesen. Aber da haben wir improvisiert.

الباب كان مغلق يالمفتاح وانتظرنا حتى تم فتحه ..لا يوجد غساله ملابس وكي ملابس وتوجد بعض الحشرات حول المبني اتمنى استخدام رش الحشائش

Werden sicher nicht wiederkommen.

Der Wohn- und Essbereich.

Die Schlafzimmer sind eher Kabinen ohne Fenster, extrem klein und haben nur Schiebetüren. Es gibt nur einen Schrank für 6 Personen im Wohnbereich. Die Bäder sind winzig, nach dem Duschen schwimmt das Bad, da es weder eine Duschtür noch einen Duschvorhang gibt. Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig, Schiebetüren in Schafzimmern und Bädern gänzlich ungeeignet. Die Küchenausstattung ist für 6 Personen sehr dürftig. Der Wasserkocher ist winzig.

Mooie ligging maar te krap voor 6 volwassenen

Wij hadden appartement Frömmerkogel. Het appartement ligt op een mooie en centrale locatie om te gaan skiën in Flachau, Zauchensee, Wagrain. Op loopafstand van de supermarkt en restaurants in Eben im Pongau. Het appartement was schoon en had 2 prima badkamers.

Het appartement is niet ingericht voor 6 personen. De eettafel bestaat uit 2 delen en om samen te eten is het eigenlijk te krap en blokkeer je de doorgang. De keukenuitrusting volstaat niet als je zelf wilt koken (er is bijvoorbeeld geen koekenpan, deksel van grote pan ontbrak, er is geen vergiet, er zijn geen schalen). De zithoek is ook erg klein voor 6 personen, dit is een slaapbank waar je met max 3 op kunt zitten. Voor ons waren de slaapkamers het grootste minpunt, deze zijn zeer krap zonder opbergruimte, en 2 slaapkamers hebben glazen deuren die uitkomen in de woonkamer met glazen ramen ertussen waardoor er geen privacy is. De middelste slaapkamer heeft geen mogelijkheid tot frisse lucht dmv een raam, waardoor het erg heet was s nachts. Ons advies zou zijn om dit appartement om te bouwen tot een 4 persoonsappartement of 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Met 6 volwassenen is het niet comfortabel.
