    Last minute trip. A lot of the accomodation in Rotorua was booked for this night. We chose this place as it had the highest rating out of all hotels available. How this place has a 7.2 rating review is crazy. The driveway is a maze of trying to avoid the massive potholes. The guy there is rude and has no people skills. He told us to park in #18 spot. There is no #18 spot🤣. Went back in thinking I was either blind or stupid. He came out and I was glad to say that I am neither. After he had looked and saw there was no #18. No apology, just pointed at #5 spot. Park there, he says. We hoped maybe the room was better...nope. Broken chairs, exposed electrical wire and the toilet seat. REPLACE it! Honestly how much does it cost to replace? We paid *** for one night. Don't waste your money.

    Nice spot to say but unfortunately the room we stayed in had a number of damaged items in the room. Kitchen draws broken, Door handle was broken on one of the doors, Rubbish bin hadn't been emptied prior to our arrival, The spa had a ring of dirt around it, the plug for the spa was stuffed.

    The aircorn was not present only the wall heater.They didnt gave any blanket saying they dont provide it.Towel were not in the room have to ask for the towel.Early morning 9am there was knock at the door for cleaning the room when we were still having breakfast.Bad experience...
