Villa Porto Pi – Tossa de Mar, Costa Brava
This spectacular luxury villa is located directly on the seafront in the exclusive private community of Cala Santa Maria de Llorell in Tossa de Mar. Being in a gated community, access is limited to owners and their guests, making Cala Llorell beach quieter and more private than other beaches on the Costa Brava.
Views & Location
The villa offers breathtaking 360° views, with the beach on both sides and panoramic vistas of the Costa Brava, including crystal-clear waters, rocky coves, and pine forests. It is also one of the few villas with private beach access—just descend the stairs from the terrace, and your feet are in the sand!

Access & Parking: Street-level entrance with ample parking for 4 cars.
Descending the ramp with sea views leads to the terrace and pool area, featuring a large private pool (5x12 m), sun loungers, chill-out area, and terrace with panoramic sea views.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: double bed, sea view, balcony
Bedroom 2: two single beds pushed together (can be separated), sea view, balcony
Bedroom 3: double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, sea view, balcony
Bedroom 4: quadruple room with two bunk beds, ideal for children, sea view, balcony access
Bedroom 5: double bed, sea view, balcony
Bedroom 6: two single beds pushed together (can be separated)
Additional Bathrooms: two, one with shower, one with bathtub
All double beds measure 180 cm wide and single beds 90 cm wide. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, although the constant sea breeze naturally keeps the villa cool.

We LOVED the views, pool, and access to a quieter beach with beach café. The staff were quick to address an issue with the microwave and gate remote, and were very helpful in helping facilitate private chef services through Grenyal, which we absolutely loved! Tossa de Mar is lovely and definitely a place we’d go back to! Be prepared for a lot of steps (we counted about 170 down to the beach, plus a long walkway down from the road), but views that make it worth it!
A functioning lift for beach items/groceries would be extremely helpful.
