Very nice building close to mountains and lake, there is much more potential, perfect place for a weekend to get away

Everything In walking distance, close to the lake, very good price.

The windows didn’t have blinding, and the curtains were way too short also way too thin which was very annoying in the morning. Also, there was a kitchen in the basement, which we weren’t sure if we were allowed to use. If so, it wasn’t very well equipped.

Good value place to stay in Achenkirch - a few easy improvements would make it great

I was in apartment 3 which is a pleasant lower ground floor with a nice terrace. 15 mins walk from lake, 2 mins walk from Spar supermarket. Clean & tidy. Spacious, modern bathroom.

Very uncomfortable pillows - horrible firm & lumpy synthetic stuffing. There was a minibar pricelist but fridge was empty. Towels were clean, but old and frayed - I don't really care but seemed a bit odd. A Nespresso machine with capsule would be a great addition

Lovely traditional pension in a beautiful location

Excellent and fast communication with staff throughout my stay. Comfortable and well heated room. Stocked minibar at reasonable prices. Cutlery and plates provided too. Beautiful view of the mountains. Balcony with seats and a table for outdoor eating. Place to keep winter sports equipment. I checked out early but went snowboarding on the same day. Staff allowed me to keep my suitcase at the accomodation for many hours. Loved the traditional Tirolean decor! Excellent location next to the bus stop and Christlum.ski lift.

Shower gel and shampoo not provided.. TV button light is super bright and I couldn't sleep with it on. Rooms are a little small, so it was a bit cramped trying to do yoga, stretching etc. No sauna or deal with nearby hotels for guests to use theirs (buses stopped running at around 5-6pm, so would be hard to travel to the spa by the lake via public transport).

Good for a weekend trip. Doubt repeating it.

- Great location within the village - good kitchen equipment - big room, comfy bed

- too far away from the lift for walking - NO direct ending for Alpin skiing. That is a lie on the website. - 39 Euro cleaning fee - rotten smell at the beginning - burned smell after heating the room up - waiting time outside for 15 minutes because reception was not available (had to call sb first and then wait although we arrived within the scheduled time)

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer geräumigen Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage zu Pisten und Loipen.

Es war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Die Nähe zur Piste und der Loipe hat und sehr gut gefallen.

Dass das Bad wie ein Durchgangszimmer angelegt ist, hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen. Da wir mit der Familie unterwegs waren, war es nicht weiter problematisch.

Alles bij de hand. Goede ruimtes, goede voorzieningen, dicht bij skipiste. Dicht bij bushalte en Spar. Goed en snel contact met eigenaar. Apparte ruimte voor ski’s.

Super herzlicher Empfangen vom Personal mit guten Tipps. Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Sehr hellhörig. Ohrenstöpsel sind Pflicht, auch wegen der Straße. Fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kulturbeutel. Toilette sehr eng an der Dusche und etwas abschüssig.

Prima plek

De locatie is perfect. De badkamer was prima met een lekkere douche. Keukenbenodigdheden goed en prima oven. Spar op loopafstand.

-Wanneer je in appartement 3 zit, heb je weinig privacy op je terras. -De koekenpan was zo beschadigd dat ik deze heb laten ruilen. Echter de pan die we toen kregen was vrij oud. -Het bed is echt te klein en de hoofdkussens te groot. Slapen is niet comfortabel.

Entspannt, Erholsamer Urlaub

Hervorragende Gastgeber mit sehr freundlichem Personal 👍 Wundervoller Aufenthalt, herrliche Lage, mit einer Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir waren 3 Wochen hier,was hier sehr selten ist, 😄 Da wir in Thailand leben und selbst ein kleines Adults-Only Hotel in Hua Hin betreiben, war es für uns hier sehr erholsam. Herzlichen Dank nochmals für alles 🙏

Blitzsaubere Unterkunft mit sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Vermietern

Die zentrale Lage , direkt neben der Bushaltestelle . Mit dem Bus und der Gästekarte konnten wir kostenlos die Achenseeregion erkunden. Sparmarkt gegenüber der Unterkunft.

Das Haus liegt zwar nicht an der Durchgangsstraße aber die Straße wird doch von den Gästen der großen Hotels oberhalb zeitweise recht oft frequentiert. Ich würde das nächste Mal nach einer Wohnung auf der Rückseite des Hauses fragen.
