appartement great, owners below any level of hospitality

The location is great, same as the wellness, pool, hygiene etc!!

The attitude of the owners is not what to expect in Austria. I’m visiting this country for over 35 years, mostly twice a year, but have not experience this attitude. On the minut we arrived the electra went down, which can happen. It took from 1630 till 2300-2400 hrs to repair. We where forced to go for diner in a restaurant. This means, automatically that we didn’t had any dishes Saturday night. Sunday we experienced problems when we wanted to put on the dishwasher after lunch, tomato soup! The door didn’t close, so we texted to owner. We didn’t got any reply. That evening I called them to check. I was accused of breaking down the machine, even insulted me of jumping on the dishwasher door!!! We had quit some hard words over the phone, with a disgusting attitude! I ruined the machine, I made it dirty with tomatosaus, (which was watery soup)…. The next morning I visited him in their other hotel and asked him why he behaved like this, and he started again… 🤬 The overall experience was heavily influenced by the attitude of the owners and it didn’t really felt like hospitality. We ordered buns every morning, on the last day, the day of departure and asked them to have the buns delivered at 7am. Which was not a problem. We were delivered a bag with buns, but with a completely wrong delivery. We ordered 8 buns, we got 3 buns delivered and 1 croissant. I was tired of complaining and just wanted to go HOME!!

Super, ideal for the family. The appart hotel and the Serfaus station are very good.

The location in the city, the panoramic view, the welcome, the breakfast on site, the touristic info and documentation at disposal with map, the outdoor swimming pool especially after 18h00 to relax under the sun, the parking out or indoor, the incredible gondolas lines possibilities to access to in the mountains and at least the price.

One of the best places we had to rest

Very convenient place for a group of friends or family. Apartments are equipped with everything you need. About 10 minutes walk to the ski lifts. For breakfast, you can order fresh pastries, it is very convenient and tasty. Nearby there is a supermarket and several good restaurants. We stayed in room 10. This is a room under the roof with beautiful views from the windows. Very comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. Nice sitting-room, where all the guests can gather and not interfere with those who have already gone to sleep. The kitchen has almost everything that the hostess needs. The house is equipped with an elevator, doors and corridors are accessible for wheelchair travelers. The elevator has easy access from the garage. The description on the site is fully consistent with reality. Many thanks to the staff for the courtesy, hospitality and desire to help!

No significant problems found! You need to be attentive in the large bedroom: tall people will have to bang their heads on the ceiling a couple of times :) Information for wheelchair travelers: you may need help to get from the house to the city center.

Der Aufenthalt entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Fußwege ins Dorf sind kurz und unkompliziert.

Es hätte Brötchenservice gegeben. Das Haus hat neben den PKW Stellplätzen vor dem Haus auch noch einige in der Garage. Es gab einen klappbaren Trockenständer für Kleidung, den man bei Bedarf aufstellen konnte. der Fußweg zu den Bergbahnen ist auch mit Skischuhen bewältigbar (ca. 10 min).
