Nicely located and very close to the sanctuaries. The restaurant serves good food. The bed was very comfortable. WiFi is only available by the reception and the restaurant area. Only stayed there for 1 night but overall I had a good stay.

Great view from the balcony, incredibly remote and lots of wildlife. Upgraded room was worth it.
Breakfast wasn’t great and the room whilst comfortable was pretty basic, it should have been better given the price.

The pool is great. Location is good, 15 min walk to orangutans and sun bears.
The dorms have no privacy curtains and no AC. There was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathrooms in the dorm. If someone left the bathroom door open, the entire dorm started smelling badly. I would say the dorms are very overpriced. The food at the restaurant is alright, but also very expensive. It's a bit cheaper to eat next door at Banana cafe.
