The house is located on an avocado farm in the rolling hills outside of Tzaneen and is a perfect stop over between Johannesburg and the northern KNP camps
The property is looking a little tired and needs some maintenance

Breakfast was okay. The location is great.
Four star it is not! They definitely have to drop a star or two. The room is comfy but drab. Holes in the curtains. The place could definitely do with a makeover. No overhead shower only a hand shower.
